大秦重载铁路桥梁整治技术深化研究

【摘要】:重载铁路运输的快速发展提高了铁路的运输能力和经济效益,但列车轴重提高和编组增加给既有铁路桥梁带来了严重的影响。采用现有标准设计的桥梁结构,虽然在很大程度上可以满足列车运营要求,但也暴露出小跨度桥梁横向刚度不足、桥墩横向振动偏大、支座病害加剧等危及列车安全的问题。本文以大秦铁路重载运输条件下小跨径混凝土简支梁桥为研究对象,通过既有桥梁的整治加固改造,分析桥梁整治加固后的效果和运营状态进行系统的研究,主要研究内容如下:(1)中小跨度钢筋混凝土并置梁的横向刚度偏小,针对横向联结问题,提出了相应的横向加固措施,以及相应的梁端横向限位措施;以跨度8m的钢筋混凝土梁为研究对象,通过实桥试验和室内实体梁模拟试验,提出了梁体竖向刚度偏弱等问题相应的整治措施。(2)针对双柱式桥墩横向振动大的问题,大秦铁路既有桥梁为例,提出多种设计加固方案,并对其进行有限元对比分析,结合实桥运营性能试验,分析提高双柱式桥墩横向刚度的加固效果,提出相应的加固改造方案。(3)针对摇轴活动支座位移量偏大和定位销折断等病害,通过分析支座病害成因,结合大秦铁路既有桥梁支座应用情况,提出了摇轴活动支座病害整治及更换工艺;针对中小跨度混凝土梁平板、弧形支座锚栓折断等病害,通过分析支座病害成因,提出了相应的整治措施。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of heavy-haul railway transportation improves the transportation capacity and economic benefit of the railway, but the increase of the axle load and the formation of the train has brought serious influence to the existing railway bridges. Although the existing standard design of bridge structure can meet the requirements of train operation to a great extent, it also exposes some problems that endanger train safety, such as insufficient lateral stiffness of small span bridge, large lateral vibration of piers and worsening of support diseases. This paper takes the small span concrete simply supported beam bridge under the heavy load transportation condition of Daqin Railway as the research object, through the renovation and reinforcement of the existing bridge, analyzes the effect and operation state of the bridge after the renovation and reinforcement. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the lateral stiffness of the small and medium-sized span reinforced concrete parallel beam is small. Aiming at the problem of transverse connection, the corresponding transverse reinforcement measures and the corresponding lateral limit measures are put forward. Taking the reinforced concrete beam with a span of 8 m as the research object, through the real bridge test and the indoor solid beam simulation test, the corresponding regulation measures, such as the weak vertical stiffness of the beam body, etc., are put forward, which aim at the problem of large transverse vibration of the double-column pier. As an example of existing bridges in Daqin Railway, various design and reinforcement schemes are put forward, and finite element comparison analysis is carried out on them. Combined with the operation performance tests of real bridges, the reinforcement effect of improving the lateral stiffness of double-column piers is analyzed. This paper puts forward the corresponding reinforcement and reconstruction scheme. (3) aiming at the diseases such as the large displacement of the movable bearing of the rocking shaft and the breakage of the locating pin, the causes of the disease of the bearing are analyzed, and the application of the existing bridge support in the Daqin Railway is combined. The treatment and replacement technology of the movable bearing of rocking shaft are put forward, and the corresponding measures are put forward by analyzing the causes of the disease of the bearing, aiming at the diseases such as the plate of medium and small span concrete beam and the broken bolt of the arc bearing.
