阆中嘉陵江四桥水滴形索塔空间应力分析

【摘要】:本文以在建的四川阆中嘉陵江四桥主桥——水滴形索塔斜拉桥为工程背景,依托工程背景墩梁固结,且下塔柱采用曲线设计,结构形式异常复杂,并且应力和变形分布具有显著的空间性。本文在平面分析的基础上,建立索塔的空间实体有限元模型,对水滴形索塔施工的全过程进行了系统的分析,为索塔结构施工控制提供参考数据。针对索塔的成桥状态,分析了下塔柱和塔梁固结区空间应力分布规律以及主要考虑风荷载、温度荷载、混凝土收缩徐变等效应,分析索塔结构的受力与变形趋势。本文主要研究内容有: ①在详细深入阅读文献资料基础上,,论述了现代斜拉桥的发展以及斜拉桥索塔的结构形式及其受力特点,介绍了斜拉桥分析基本理论和有限元分析模拟方法。 ②采用MIDAS/CIVIL桥梁计算软件,按照阆中斜拉桥的施工顺序对全桥进行了正装迭代计算,得出了静力结构受力情况以及位移状况,同时得到了在最大悬臂阶段和成桥阶段拉索索力、0#块(下横梁)、索塔关键(塔顶,塔底)位置位移和内力状态。 ③采用MIDAS/FEA桥梁计算软件,建立阆中斜拉桥水滴形索塔空间实体模型,并考虑索塔施工全过程,对索塔进行了系统的分析。在此基础上,进一步分析了下塔柱和塔梁固结区成桥阶段空间应力分布规律。 ④针对索塔的成桥状态,对索塔进行相应作用组合下的计算分析。主要考虑风荷载作用分析、温度荷载作用分析、索塔在施工阶段和成桥阶段的静力稳定性分析,索塔混凝土收缩徐变时间效应分析等工况下的空间应力分析,以供该桥施工控制工作提供参考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the main bridge of the fourth Langzhong Jialing River Bridge in Sichuan Province, the water droplet cable tower cable-stayed bridge, is taken as the engineering background, and the pier beam is consolidated under the engineering background, and the lower tower column is designed by curve, and the structure form is extremely complex. And the distribution of stress and deformation has obvious spatial property. Based on the plane analysis, the finite element model of the cable tower is established, and the whole construction process of the water droplet cable tower is analyzed systematically, which provides the reference data for the construction control of the cable tower structure. In view of the bridge state of the cable tower, the spatial stress distribution law of the lower tower column and the consolidation area of the tower beam is analyzed, and the effects of wind load, temperature load, concrete shrinkage and creep are considered, and the stress and deformation trend of the cable tower structure is analyzed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1 on the basis of detailed and in-depth reading of literature, the development of modern cable-stayed bridge and the structural form of cable-stayed bridge cable tower and its mechanical characteristics are discussed. The basic theory of cable-stayed bridge analysis and the simulation method of finite element analysis are introduced. (2) according to the construction sequence of Langzhong cable-stayed bridge, the full bridge is calculated by using Midas / CIVIL bridge calculation software. The stress and displacement of the static structure are obtained. At the same time, the cable force is obtained in the maximum cantilever stage and the bridge stage. (3) the spatial solid model of water droplet cable tower of Langzhong cable-stayed bridge is established by using midas / FEA bridge calculation software, and considering the whole construction process of cable tower, the cable tower is systematically analyzed. On this basis, the spatial stress distribution of the bridge in the consolidation zone of the lower tower column and the tower beam is further analyzed. 4 according to the bridge state of the cable tower, the calculation and analysis of the cable tower under the corresponding action combination are carried out. The main consideration is wind load analysis, temperature load analysis, static stability analysis of cable tower in construction stage and bridge stage, space stress analysis of concrete shrinkage and creep time effect analysis of cable tower, etc. To provide a reference for the bridge construction control work.
