盾构隧道长期渗漏水检测新方法

【摘要】:近年来我国地铁建设蓬勃发展,但地铁隧道的渗漏水问题却屡见不鲜,现有的隧道渗漏水检测方法多存在着效率低、成本高等缺点。因此,本文根据渗漏水后管片物理特性的变化,提出两种长期自动检测隧道渗漏水的新方法:温度梯度法和电导率法。通过一系列室内试验,证明这两种方法在不同渗漏水下均具有一定可行性。根据试验结果设计出两套渗漏水检测系统,在上海地铁隧道中进行现场检测,发现电导率法检测渗漏水更加高效、敏感,且价格低廉,具有良好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the subway construction in our country has developed vigorously, but the leakage problem of subway tunnel is not uncommon. Most of the existing tunnel leakage detection methods have the disadvantages of low efficiency, high cost and so on. Therefore, according to the changes of the physical characteristics of pipes after leakage, this paper presents two new methods: temperature gradient method and conductivity method, which can be used to detect tunnel leakage automatically for a long time. Through a series of laboratory tests, it is proved that the two methods are feasible under different seepage conditions. Based on the experimental results, two sets of leakage detection systems were designed and tested in Shanghai subway tunnel. It is found that the conductivity method is more efficient, sensitive and cheap, and has a good application prospect.
