湘府路湘江大桥荷载试验分析与评定

【摘要】:桥梁荷载试验作为一种手段既能够对桥梁的承载能力进行评判,又能够对新的结构、施工工艺发展和运用、设计理论等进行验证。因此,开展桥梁的荷载试验分析与评定具备很高的应用价值。在查阅了大量专业方面文献的前提下,以长沙市已经建成的湘府路湘江大桥当作工程背景。将数值模拟、理论分析跟现场试验相结合的手段,对静动载作用下桥梁响应参数变化、承载能力进行分析。其研究成果如下:(1)通过有限元软件MIDAS进行建模与理论相结合的方式,对现场桥梁静载试验6个加载工况、每个工况下加卸载的步骤和级别、主控制截面与截面中测点的具体分布空间方位进行确定。(2)通过静载试验,得出在试验荷载作用下桥梁各个控制截面的位移和应变值,进而比较分析实测值与理论值,检验大桥是否满足设计规范的标准。(3)通过动载试验,分析桥梁在动载作用下响应参数的改变,内容包括跑车、跳车与刹车试验。用来测量出桥梁结构在动荷载作用下的冲击系数以及自振特性。(4)对桥梁承载性能客观评估并得到结果,为该桥提供相应地桥梁竣工备案与未来养护维修的科学根据。
[Abstract]:As a means, the bridge load test can not only judge the bearing capacity of the bridge, but also verify the new structure, construction technology development and application, design theory and so on. Therefore, the load test analysis and evaluation of bridge has high application value. On the premise of consulting a large number of professional literature, the Xiangjiang Bridge of Xiangfu Road, which has been built in Changsha City, is taken as the engineering background. By means of numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and field test, the response parameters and bearing capacity of the bridge under static and dynamic loads are analyzed. The research results are as follows: (1) through the combination of modeling and theory with the finite element software Midas, the loading and unloading steps and levels under each working condition of six loading conditions for the field bridge static load test are studied. Through static load test, the displacement and strain values of each control section of the bridge under test load are obtained, and the measured and theoretical values are compared and analyzed. The dynamic load test is used to analyze the change of the response parameters of the bridge under dynamic load, including sports car, jumping and braking tests. It is used to measure the impact coefficient of the bridge structure under dynamic load and the natural vibration characteristics. 4) the objective evaluation of the bridge bearing capacity is obtained, which provides the scientific basis for the completion record and future maintenance of the bridge.
