自动化立体车库车辆入库检测和引导系统研究

【摘要】:随着现代人生活水平的提高,特别是近代工业和科技的飞速发展,私家车的人均占有率在不断地提高,随之而来的停车难问题就显得尤为突出。为了合理解决停车难问题并充分利用土地资源,国家大力倡导建设现代化的立体停车库,提高单位面积的停车数量,,以期缓解停车困难的问题。但是建设立体车库不是哪一个学科单独可以解决的问题,它包含了机械、自动控制、微电子、光学、计算机等领域的多学科科学技术,集机、电、光、算于一体,需要各个领域相互配合,相互协调才能取得全面的进步,因此,立足测控领域、启动研究立体车库智能测控方法势在必行。 论文研究了繁华商业区地下立体车库智能测控的基本方法,给出了立体车库车辆存储和智能管理的基本组成,探讨了入库引导、存取方式和驱动的实现方案,完成了入库引导系统中车辆超限检测和停车到位检测模块的设计研究。基于半导体激光器的光电测试方式,进行入库车辆长、宽、高尺寸信息的采集和车辆入库前停车到位引导测试,完成了车辆尺寸、停车到位信息的采集和信号处理。采用STC89C52单片机进行检测信号的采集及语音提示信息和引导指示信息的控制、显示和输出,完成相应电路设计、调试及实验测试等。在此基础上,进行车辆入库测控流程设计和程序编写。实现入库车辆尺寸信息检测及停车到位信息的自动化监控。 论文完成了自动化立体车库停车系统中车辆入库前的尺寸检测以及停车到位的引导测控,提高了车辆在搬运过程中的安全性,并为后续存车动作提供了基本的参考点。论文的研究工作在提高立体车库智能测控水平,开拓和普及国产立式停车技术等方面均具有重要的意义和参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of modern people's living standard, especially the rapid development of modern industry and science and technology, the per capita occupation rate of private cars is constantly increasing, and the difficulty of parking becomes more and more serious. In order to solve the problem of parking difficulties and make full use of land resources, the state vigorously advocated the construction of modern three-dimensional parking depots, increasing the parking quantity per unit area, in order to alleviate the problem of parking difficulties. But building a stereoscopic garage is not a problem that can be solved by any single subject alone. It includes multidisciplinary science and technology in the fields of machinery, automatic control, microelectronics, optics, computers, and so on. It integrates machine, electricity, light, and so on. It is necessary to cooperate and coordinate with each other in order to make overall progress. Therefore, it is imperative to start the research on intelligent measurement and control method of stereoscopic garage based on the field of measurement and control. This paper studies the basic method of intelligent measurement and control of underground three-dimensional garage in downtown commercial district, and gives the basic composition of storage and intelligent management of stereo garage, and probes into the guiding, access and driving schemes of storage and storage. The design and research of vehicle overrun detection and parking detection module in the system are completed. Based on the photoelectric measurement method of semiconductor laser, the length, width and high size information of the vehicle in the storehouse and the leading test of stopping in position before the vehicle entering the storehouse are collected and tested. The collection and signal processing of the information of the vehicle size and parking position are completed. STC89C52 single chip microcomputer is used to collect the detection signal, control the voice prompt information and guide indication information, display and output, complete the corresponding circuit design, debugging and experimental test, etc. On this basis, the vehicle storage measurement and control process design and programming. The automatic monitoring of vehicle size information and parking information is realized. In this paper, the dimensions of the vehicle before entering the garage and the guiding measurement and control of the parking position are completed, which improves the security of the vehicle during the handling process, and provides a basic reference point for the subsequent operation of storing the vehicle. The research work of this paper is of great significance and reference value in improving the intelligent measurement and control level of stereoscopic garage and developing and popularizing the domestic vertical parking technology.
