旧沥青路面加铺力学分析及施工工艺研究

【摘要】:旧沥青路面上直接加铺沥青面层的施工方案不仅可以改善旧沥青路面服务水平,同时具有减少资源浪费、降低建设成本、缩短工期等优点。然而同旧沥青路面一样,加铺沥青面层不可避免地受到外界因素的影响,容易出现各种损坏,如何从设计、施工阶段尽可能地预防或减少这种新路面结构的破坏已经成为一个关键问题。本文依托蚌埠至固镇一级公路改造工程,对旧沥青路面使用性能的调查评价、车辆荷载作用下沥青加铺层的受力特性及沥青加铺层施工阶段的质量控制作进一步研究分析,具体研究内容如下: (1)依托实际工程并参考相关技术规范及已有成果,确定旧沥青路面调查与评价的内容,针对不同旧沥青路面状况确定不同的改造方案,研究旧沥青路面满足哪些条件时适合采用加铺沥青层的改造方案。 (2)建立有限元模型,,分析旧沥青路面强度及沥青加铺层的力学参数对沥青加铺层结构的位移、应力的影响,还通过改变玻纤格栅的弹性模量、铺设厚度及铺设位置分析其对提高加铺层结构抗裂能力的影响,为优化沥青加铺层的设计方案提供依据。 (3)从提高施工质量角度出发,研究了旧沥青路面各种病害的处治措施、土工合成材料夹层的施工技术以及胶粉改性沥青从拌制、运输、摊铺、碾压等各个工序的施工质量控制,力争通过提高施工质量,以延缓或减少沥青加铺层表面出现反射裂缝,并延长这种新路面结构的使用寿命。
[Abstract]:The construction scheme of directly adding asphalt pavement on the old asphalt pavement not only improves the service level of the old asphalt pavement, but also has the advantages of reducing the waste of resources, reducing the construction cost and shortening the time limit. However, as with the old asphalt pavement, the asphalt pavement is inevitably affected by the external factors, and it is easy to occur various kinds of damage. It is a key problem to prevent or reduce the damage of the new pavement structure as far as possible from the design and construction stage. This paper is based on the investigation and evaluation of the performance of the old asphalt pavement, the performance of the asphalt overlay under the load of the vehicle and the quality of the asphalt overlay during the construction stage of the asphalt pavement, which is based on the Bengbu to Guzhen first grade highway reconstruction project. Control for further research and analysis, the specific research contents are as follows:
(1) depending on the actual project and referring to the relevant technical specifications and the existing achievements, the contents of the investigation and evaluation of the old asphalt pavement are determined. According to the different old asphalt pavement conditions, different reconstruction schemes are determined, and when the conditions of the old asphalt pavement are studied, the scheme of the asphalt pavement is suitable for the improvement of the old asphalt pavement.
(2) the finite element model is established to analyze the influence of the mechanical parameters of the old asphalt pavement and the asphalt overlay on the displacement and stress of the asphalt overlay structure, and to analyze the influence of the elastic modulus of the glass fiber grille, the laying thickness and the laying position to improve the anti cracking ability of the overlay structure, so as to optimize the design scheme of the asphalt overlay. Provide the basis.
(3) from the angle of improving the construction quality, the treatment measures of various diseases of the old asphalt pavement, the construction technology of the interlayer of the geosynthetic material and the construction quality control of the rubber modified asphalt from the mixing, transportation, paving, rolling and so on are made in order to delay or reduce the surface of the asphalt overlay by improving the quality of the construction. Crack and prolong the service life of this new pavement structure.
