车载式路面不平度采集系统设计

【摘要】:道路的路面不平度信息是评价道路综合质量的主要技术指标之一,反映的是路面纵断面参照基准平面的凹凸偏差值,如何对路面不平度指标进行快速准确的检测是当前道路工程领域十分重要的课题。随着传感器技术的快速发展,非接触式检测法采集路面不平度已成为该领域的研究趋势。因此,本文结合加速度传感器设计开发了一套车载式路面不平度采集系统。 本文首先从理论上分析了系统总体方案的可行性,并着重研究了与采集有关的汽车悬架模型和后期数据处理理论算法;再结合C8051F005单片机设计开发了采集系统下位机的硬件电路和嵌入式软件程序;然后结合C#设计开发了系统上位机界面;最后分析了由系统采集的实车数据。系统测试结果表明:将行驶汽车悬架的垂直加速度信息间接测量路面不平度的方案是合理可行的;同时,基于时间序列的自回归建模计算IRI测量方法可以运用于路面不平度分级;目前,国内的路面检测设备多为进口,价格昂贵,而本文已设计出整套测量系统的软硬件,,从硬件搭建到软件算法处理均已形成体系,若将本系统再多加设计和优化,则可以应用于工程路面数据采集和路面不平度分级等领域。 本文完成的内容主要包括: 1、基于加速度传感器开发了一套路面不平度数据采集的下位机系统; 2、对开发的下位机嵌入了蓝牙无线传输功能,实现了上、下位机之间的无线数据传输和指令交换; 3、基于.net平台开发了一套针对下位机的上位机数据采集界面,包含指令控制、数据采集、数据显示、数据存储、数据分析等功能; 4、针对实车采集的实验数据进行了路面不平度特征提取和路面等级评价。
[Abstract]:The road roughness information is one of the main technical indexes to evaluate the road comprehensive quality, which reflects the concave and convex deviation value of the reference plane of the pavement longitudinal section. How to detect the road roughness quickly and accurately is a very important subject in the field of road engineering. With the rapid development of sensor technology, non-contact detection method to collect road roughness has become the research trend in this field. Therefore, a vehicle-borne road roughness acquisition system based on acceleration sensor is developed in this paper. In this paper, the feasibility of the overall system scheme is analyzed theoretically, and the vehicle suspension model and the data processing algorithm related to the acquisition are studied. Then the hardware circuit and embedded software program of the acquisition system are designed and developed with C8051F005 single chip microcomputer, and then the upper computer interface is developed with C #. Finally, the real car data collected by the system is analyzed. The system test results show that it is reasonable and feasible to measure the road roughness indirectly with the vertical acceleration information of the vehicle suspension. The IRI measurement method based on time series autoregressive modeling can be used in pavement roughness classification. At present, most of the domestic pavement detection equipment is imported, and the price is expensive. In this paper, the software and hardware of the whole measurement system have been designed. The system has been formed from hardware construction to software algorithm processing. If the system is further designed and optimized, it can be applied to engineering pavement data collection and pavement roughness classification and so on. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Based on the acceleration sensor, a data acquisition system of road roughness is developed, and the Bluetooth wireless transmission function is embedded into the lower computer. The wireless data transmission and instruction exchange between the lower computers. 3. Based on the .net platform, a data acquisition interface for the lower computer is developed, which includes command control, data acquisition, data display, data storage, etc. Data analysis and other functions. 4, the road surface roughness feature extraction and pavement grade evaluation are carried out based on the experimental data collected by real vehicle.
