湖区公路改扩建工程路基变形特性及填料改良处治技术研究

【摘要】:洞庭湖区是全国商品粮基地之一,湖区公路交通的发展有着非常重要的意义。随着经济的发展,有很多公路已经不能满足当地交通量的需要,亟需进行改扩建。本文针对湖区公路改扩建工程中的关键问题,结合南县—茅草街公路改扩建工程,采用数值模拟和室内试验等方法,对湖区公路改扩建工程路基变形特性及填料改良处治技术进行了研究。主要研究内容如下:(1)选取代表性断面,通过地质勘查和室内土工试验,对新老路基下地基土性状差异进行了对比研究。勘察试验表明,新老路基下地基土的物理力学性质有一定差异,特别是压缩性指标和强度指标差异明显。(2)对改扩建工程路基变形特性进行了有限元数值分析,研究了新路基填料弹性模量、密度对新老路基变形影响规律。提高新路基填料的弹性模量能有效降低新路基的竖向变形,新路基最大竖向位移随着新路基填料密度的不断增加而以近似正比例不断增加。(3)通过对湖区填料素土及石灰改性土的击实和CBR试验研究,得出了不同初始含水率对填料CBR的影响规律,为路基填料的施工提供湿度控制标准;研究了不同剂量石灰改性土的压实特性和CBR特性,为施工控制参数(含水率、压实度、掺灰量)的确定提供依据。(4)结合工程实际,对新老路基变形进行观测并与理论分析相验证,实际观测结果与有限元分析结果一致。
[Abstract]:Dongting Lake District is one of the commodity grain bases in China. With the development of economy, many highways can not meet the needs of local traffic. In view of the key problems in the highway reconstruction and extension project in the Lake District, this paper combines the Nanxian-Maocaojie highway reconstruction and extension project, and adopts numerical simulation and indoor test methods. The deformation characteristics of embankment and the improved treatment technology of filler are studied in the highway reconstruction and extension project in Lake District. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the difference of soil properties under new and old subgrade is studied by means of geological exploration and laboratory geotechnical test. The investigation results show that the physical and mechanical properties of the new and old subgrade are different, especially the compressibility index and the strength index are obvious. (2) finite element numerical analysis is carried out on the deformation characteristics of the subgrade of the reconstruction and extension project. The influence of elastic modulus and density of new subgrade filler on deformation of new and old subgrade is studied. Increasing the elastic modulus of the new subgrade filler can effectively reduce the vertical deformation of the new subgrade. The maximum vertical displacement of the new subgrade increases in an approximate positive proportion with the increasing density of the new subgrade filler. (3) the compaction and CBR tests of the filler soil and the lime modified soil in the lake region are carried out. The influence of different initial moisture content on CBR is obtained, which provides a humidity control standard for subgrade filler construction, and the compaction characteristics and CBR characteristics of lime modified soil with different dosages are studied, which are the construction control parameters (moisture content, compaction degree, compaction degree). (4) combined with the engineering practice, the deformation of new and old roadbed is observed and verified by theoretical analysis. The actual observation results are consistent with the finite element analysis results.
