富水砂层隧道超前大管棚支护技术优化研究

【摘要】：在围岩整体性差的条件下进行隧道施工,与常规的有工作室大管棚预支护技术相比,无工作室大管棚预支护技术安全性高,经济性好,施工效率高。本文以山西中南部铁路通道百店隧道富水砂层段大管棚施工为例,介绍无工作室超前大管棚施工方案、工艺及特点。百店隧道富水砂层段施工采用无工作室超前大管棚施工方法,施工安全得到保证,施工进度加快,同时节约了施工成本,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益,值得在类似工程中推广。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of poor integrity of surrounding rock, compared with the conventional pre-support technology with large pipe shed with workroom, the pre-support technology without workroom has high security, good economy and high construction efficiency. Taking the construction of water-rich sand layer section of Baidian tunnel in central and southern Shanxi railway as an example, this paper introduces the construction scheme, technology and characteristics of the large pipe shed without studio advance. In the construction of the water-rich sand layer section of Baidian tunnel, the construction method without studio leading pipe shed is adopted, the construction safety is guaranteed, the construction progress is quickened, and the construction cost is saved, which has obvious economic and social benefits. It is worth popularizing in similar projects.
