隧道结构健康监测信息化系统设计与应用

【摘要】:隧道结构健康是判断隧道安全的重要指标,因而对隧道结构健康监测和评估是隧道安全管理的主要手段。本文针对隧道多为长距离、大范围的恶劣环境以及围岩-结构自身复杂性,使得传统的方式无法满足隧道实时、快速、连续的监测要求的情形,构建了由采集层、传输层、基础层和应用层完整的4层框架组成的隧道结构健康监测信息化系统,并采用光纤光栅技术进行数据采集;通过隧道结构健康监测信息化系统的设计与应用,验证了实时、在线、连续隧道参数监测系统的稳定性和可靠性,并实现了隧道安全信息化监测预警功能,同时基于应变和裂缝位移连续监测数据的分析,可为后续隧道系统安全评定、控制措施制定提供数据支持和理论依据。
[Abstract]:Tunnel structure health is an important index to judge tunnel safety, so monitoring and evaluation of tunnel structure health is the main means of tunnel safety management. In view of the fact that tunnels are mostly long distance, large scale environment and complex surrounding rock structure, the traditional methods can not meet the requirements of real-time, fast and continuous monitoring of tunnels, and a collection layer and a transmission layer are constructed in this paper. The information system of tunnel structure health monitoring is composed of four layers frame of foundation layer and application layer, and the data is collected by using fiber Bragg grating technology, which is verified by the design and application of tunnel structure health monitoring information system. The stability and reliability of the on-line and continuous tunnel parameter monitoring system are realized, and the monitoring and warning function of tunnel safety information is realized. At the same time, based on the analysis of the continuous monitoring data of strain and crack displacement, it can be used to evaluate the safety of the subsequent tunnel system. Control measures to provide data support and theoretical basis.
