佛山一环同步薄层罩面预防性养护技术研究

【摘要】:随着沥青路面各项性能指标的逐步衰减,为了保持其优良的服务性能,在正确的时机采用合适的养护方式对其进行养护维修得到越来越多的关注,因此沥青路面预防性养护技术成为道路工程界的研究热点之一。为此,本文依托佛山一环沥青路面预防性养护工程,开展同步薄层罩面预防性养护技术研究。(1)通过佛山一环旧沥青路面病害调查表明,旧路面整体状况良好,适合进行预防性养护。据此通过对国内外常用的养护措施的使用效果、施工工艺及经济性的对比分析显示,同步薄层罩面较适合于佛山一环沥青路面的预防性养护。为此在参考NovaChip的基础上提出了同步薄层罩面沥青混合料的级配和设计方案。(2)通过原材料性能检验表明,高粘改性沥青、聚合物改性乳化沥青和各档集料的性能均符合设计要求,可用于同步薄层罩面。同时,采用马歇尔设计法,并进行路用性能检验,确定了同步薄层罩面沥青混合料的目标配合比、生产配合比和最佳油石比。(3)根据旧沥青路面病害类型和轻重程度的实际情况,提出了针对性的处治工序和工艺。通过试验段的施工,确定了同步薄层罩面沥青混合料的拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压、接缝处理以及开放交通等施工工艺。同时,根据试验段施工情况,提出了施工注意事项、交工验收标准和外观评定标准。(4)通过对试验段应用效果检测,同步薄层罩面聚合物改性乳化沥青洒布量、路面构造深度、摩擦系数、渗水系数、铺筑厚度和压实度均符合设计要求,说明提出的同步薄层罩面施工工艺合理,路面抗滑性能和排水性能优良。(5)通过对国内常用的薄层罩面混合料类型在经济、技术和性能上的对比,结果表明,同步薄层罩面比SMA-13和AC-13具有施工工艺简单、对交通影响小、造价低、使用性能优越和社会效益高的优点,更适合于预防性养护工程。总之,采用同步薄层罩面进行高等级公路预防性养护可以有效延长路面的使用寿命,产生较大的经济社会效益,因此本文的研究成果可供其他同类工程参考。
[Abstract]:With the gradual attenuation of various performance indexes of asphalt pavement, in order to maintain its excellent service performance, more and more attention has been paid to the maintenance and repair of asphalt pavement with proper maintenance methods at the right time. Therefore, preventive maintenance technology of asphalt pavement has become one of the research hotspots in road engineering field. Therefore, based on the preventive maintenance project of Foshan first ring asphalt pavement, this paper studies the preventive maintenance technology of synchronous thin-layer overlay. (1) through the investigation of the disease of the old asphalt pavement in Foshan, it is shown that the whole condition of the old pavement is good. Suitable for preventive maintenance. Based on the comparison and analysis of the application effect, construction technology and economy of the common maintenance measures at home and abroad, it is shown that the synchronous thin layer covering is more suitable for the preventive maintenance of Foshan first ring asphalt pavement. Based on the reference of NovaChip, the gradation and design scheme of synchronous thin-layer overlay asphalt mixture is put forward. (2) the performance of high viscosity modified asphalt, polymer modified emulsified asphalt and each grade aggregate meets the design requirements through the performance test of raw materials. It can be used to synchronize thin layer covering. At the same time, Marshall design method and road performance test are used to determine the target mix ratio, production mix ratio and optimum oil stone ratio of the asphalt mixture. (3) according to the actual condition of the disease type and severity of the old asphalt pavement, The treatment procedure and process are put forward. Through the construction of the test section, the construction techniques such as mixing, transportation, spreading, rolling, joint treatment and open traffic of the asphalt mixture with synchronous thin-layer covering are determined. At the same time, according to the construction situation of the test section, the construction precautions, the acceptance standard and the appearance evaluation standard are put forward. (4) by testing the application effect of the test section, the amount of asphalt sprayed with polymer modified emulsified asphalt and the depth of pavement structure are obtained. The friction coefficient, water permeability coefficient, laying thickness and compaction degree all meet the design requirements, which shows that the construction technology of synchronous thin layer covering is reasonable. The pavement skid resistance and drainage performance are excellent. (5) by comparing the economic, technical and performance of the common thin-layer overlay mixture in China, the results show that the synchronous thin-layer overlay is simpler than SMA-13 and AC-13 in construction technology and has less influence on traffic. The advantages of low cost, superior performance and high social benefit are more suitable for preventive maintenance engineering. In short, the use of synchronous thin-layer covering for preventive maintenance of high-grade highway can effectively prolong the service life of pavement and produce greater economic and social benefits. Therefore, the research results of this paper can be used as reference for other similar projects.
