掺加抗车辙剂PR的大粒径沥青碎石性能研究与应用

【摘要】:随着交通量的增长、轴载的加重及交通渠化现象,,目前车辙是高速公路主要的破坏形式之一,严重着影响路面的服务水平;半刚性基层路面早期损坏较普遍,其中之一就是半刚性基层路面的反射裂缝问题,大大降低了道路的使用寿命。另外,强度高、耐冲刷的刚性基层越来越受到重视,旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青层的应用也越来越多,但是同样存在着反射裂缝问题,严重制约着该结构的发展。为了重点解决沥青路面的车辙问题及反射裂缝问题,本文开展了大粒径沥青碎石的研究。大粒径沥青碎石具有良好的抗车辙能力与抗反射裂缝性能,本文在国内外研究成果基础上,对级配类型、改性剂PR掺量因素影响大粒径沥青碎石的高温稳定性、水稳定性、抗反射裂缝性能及透水性能进行对比分析研究。 本文首先总结国内外研究,提出对大粒径沥青碎石按照级配类型及空隙率进行分类,主要分为开级配大粒径沥青碎石、半开级配大粒径沥青碎石及密级配大粒径沥青碎石,并确定将OLSM、AM、ATB依次作为研究对象。根据3种大粒径沥青碎石类型,选取相应的矿料级配范围,并进行集料级配设计。根据大粒径沥青碎石特点,确定改性剂PR掺量为0、0.2%、0.4%。然后进行相关试验分别确定不同级配类型不同PR掺量的最佳沥青用量。然后分别确定大粒径沥青碎石的高温稳定性、水稳定性、抗反射裂缝性能及透水性能的评价方法,主要研究级配类型、改性剂PR掺量因素对其上述各个性能影响。最后将3种大粒径沥青碎石在不同PR掺量下的路用性能按照提出的评价等级进行综合评价。.结合海文高速试验段所处的气候条件及交通情况,对比优选出不掺加PR的OLSM-25为最适宜铺筑的材料。根据室内试验,结合试验段情况,研究了大粒径沥青碎石的施工工艺及施工质量控制问题。
[Abstract]:With the increase of traffic volume, the aggravation of axle load and the phenomenon of traffic channelization, rutting is one of the main failure forms of freeway at present, which seriously affects the service level of pavement, and the early damage of semi-rigid base pavement is more common. One of them is the reflection crack of semi-rigid base pavement, which greatly reduces the service life of road. In addition, more and more attention is paid to the rigid base with high strength and erosion resistance, and the application of asphalt overlay on the old cement concrete pavement is more and more, but there is also the problem of reflection crack, which seriously restricts the development of the structure. In order to solve the rutting problem and reflection crack problem of asphalt pavement, the research of large-size asphalt macadam is carried out in this paper. Large-size asphalt macadam has good rutting resistance and anti-reflective crack performance. On the basis of domestic and foreign research results, the factors of gradation type, modifier PR content affect the high temperature stability and water stability of large-size asphalt macadam. The performance of anti-reflection crack and its water permeability were compared and analyzed. This paper firstly summarizes the research at home and abroad, and puts forward the classification of large size asphalt macadam according to gradation type and porosity, which are mainly divided into open gradation large size asphalt macadam, semi open grained large size asphalt macadam and dense grained large size asphalt macadam. OLSMG AMATB was chosen as the research object in turn. According to the three types of large size asphalt macadam, the corresponding gradation range of mineral aggregate is selected and the aggregate gradation design is carried out. According to the characteristics of large size asphalt macadam, the content of modifier PR is determined to be 0 0. 2 and 0. 4%. Then the best asphalt dosage with different PR content was determined by correlation test. Then, the evaluation methods of high temperature stability, water stability, anti-reflection crack performance and water permeability of large-size asphalt macadam are determined respectively. The main research is about the gradation type and the effect of modifier PR content on the above properties. Finally, the road performance of three kinds of bituminous macadam with large particle size under different PR content was evaluated synthetically according to the proposed evaluation grade. According to the climatic conditions and traffic conditions of Haven high-speed test section, OLSM-25 without PR was selected as the most suitable material for paving. According to indoor test and test section, the construction technology and construction quality control of large size asphalt macadam are studied.
