基于工程实例的矮塔斜拉桥优化设计研究

【摘要】:矮塔斜拉桥又称为部分斜拉桥,是一种较新的桥梁结构形式,弥补了传统的斜拉桥和连续梁桥的不足,在中长跨度桥梁中可以很好适用,因此具有很好的发展前景。由于矮塔斜拉桥在设计阶段考虑的因素众多,并不能保证设计出的桥梁结构是最优状态,因此对桥梁进行优化设计有重要的工程意义,目前常见的矮塔斜拉桥的优化设计主要是针对具体工程,并把最终优化结果运用到具体工程中。 本文也是针对具体工程,,即怀洪新河2#大桥进行研究,首先讨论了矮塔斜拉桥的起源和发展,以及结构特点和设计要点,然后根据设计资料建立有限元分析模型,对桥梁的部分结构参数进行优化设计研究,主要优化的结构参数有:拉索初张力、主梁无索区长度以及主塔高度。通过分别对各个结构参数的单独考虑,进行优化设计,并且与原设计的桥梁成桥阶段主梁的受力状态进行对比分析,得到本工程桥梁的最优状态,本文优化设计的过程和结果可以运用于本工程实际施工中,并且可以为以后的矮塔斜拉桥优化设计上提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Short tower cable-stayed bridge, also called partial cable-stayed bridge, is a relatively new type of bridge structure, which makes up for the deficiency of traditional cable-stayed bridge and continuous girder bridge, and can be applied well in medium-long span bridges, so it has a good development prospect. Because there are many factors considered in the design phase of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower, it can not guarantee the optimal state of the designed bridge structure, so it is of great engineering significance to optimize the design of the bridge. At present, the common optimization design of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower is mainly aimed at the concrete project, and the final optimization result is applied to the concrete project. In this paper, the origin and development of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower, structural characteristics and design essentials are discussed, and then the finite element analysis model is established according to the design data. The optimum design of some structural parameters of the bridge is studied. The main structural parameters are: the initial tension of the cable, the length of the main beam without cable and the height of the main tower. By considering the individual structural parameters separately, the optimal design is carried out, and the stress state of the main beam in the stage of bridge completion is compared with that of the original design, and the optimal state of the bridge is obtained. The process and results of the optimization design in this paper can be applied to the practical construction of the project, and can provide a certain reference for the optimization design of the cable-stayed bridge with low tower in the future.
