铁路跨线桥有限净空施工方案优选方法研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着铁路建设规模的扩大、路网加密,新建铁路线与既有铁路线相互交叉日益增多,同时城市空间也越来越小,这些因素造成一类跨线桥设计净空有限,梁底标高低,距离接触网近。跨线桥梁是各施工项目的重点难点工程,特别是有限净空的跨越既有铁路线桥梁。在有限净空下,出于对安全性和对既有线路的影响的考虑,,不能够使用传统支架法进行施工,如何选择科学合理的梁部(上部结构)施工方案来保证工程的方案最优,是现阶段摆在工程人员面前的一个十分重要的问题。 铁路跨线桥有限净空施工方案优选是一个多属性决策问题,由于行车密度越来越大,施工天窗时间限制越来越多,加之工期、成本、安全等多种因素,施工方案的优选必须以系统思路为基础,考虑施工项目外部和内部的各种复杂联系和复杂因素。优选的实现需要在系统理论的指导下通过分析、建模、推理和判断等过程。文章首先就选题背景、意义、国内外研究现状进行了论述并提出了研究思路以及方法;其次分析了跨线桥及铁路界限的相关概念,论述了铁路跨线桥有限净空施工的相关特性;第三,分析了影响方案优选的机理,找出了影响优选的因素,根据施工特性和选择评价指标的原则建立了方案优选评价指标;第四,通过决策实验室模型对各个指标因素进行分析,计算各因素的原因度及中心度,找出关键因素,并确定其在系统中的权重;第五,建立优选模型,用物元模型进行施工方案的多属性综合优选评价;最后,以浙赣上线跨越既有笕杭线桥梁施工项目为案例,对工程实例的设计施工方案进行多因素综合优选评价,对模型进行了实践检验。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the expansion of the railway construction scale, the road network encryption, the new railway line and the existing railway line intercross with each other increasing, and the urban space is becoming smaller and smaller. These factors cause a kind of bridge design clearance, the bottom of the beam bottom and the distance to the contact network. In the limited clearance, under the limited clearance, the traditional scaffolding method can not be used for the safety and the influence of the existing lines. How to choose the scientific and reasonable construction scheme of the beam (superstructure) to ensure the optimal project is a ten in front of the engineering staff at the present stage. It is an important issue.
The optimization of the construction scheme for the limited clearance of the railway overpass is a multi attribute decision making problem. As the driving density is increasing, the time limit of the construction skylight is more and more, and the time limit, the cost and the safety are many factors. The optimization of the construction plan must be based on the system thought, taking into account the complex connections between the outside and the interior of the construction project. The optimal realization needs the process of analysis, modeling, reasoning and judgment under the guidance of the system theory. First, the article discusses the background, significance, the status of the research at home and abroad, and puts forward the research ideas and methods. Secondly, it analyzes the related concepts of the crossing bridge and railway line, and discusses the limited railway overpass bridge. Third, analyze the mechanism that influence the optimization of the scheme, find out the factors that affect the optimization, establish the evaluation index of the scheme according to the principle of the construction characteristic and the selection evaluation index; fourth, analyze the factors by the model of the decision laboratory, and calculate the reason and the center degree of each factor. Find the key factors and determine its weight in the system; fifth, establish the optimal model, use the matter element model to carry out the multi attribute comprehensive optimization evaluation of the construction scheme. Finally, taking Zhejiang Jiangxi line across the existing construction project of the existing soap Hangzhou line as the case, the multi factor optimization evaluation is carried out on the design project of the project example, and the model is made. The practice test was carried out.
