桥梁混凝土钢筋保护层检测及评定办法探讨

【摘要】:近年,桥梁钢筋保护层厚度检测被新增为公路桥梁交(竣)工验收时的工程质量鉴定项目之一,在全国各地大面积地推广应用起来。而作为新增项目,国内尚没有统一的桥梁钢筋保护层厚度检测评定技术规程,其他现行相关规范在一定程度上还不够完善,各规范之间的标准也不尽相同,从而导致各地区在实际操作中存在一定的差异。依据多年现场检测工作及数据处理经验,结合理论分析,就钢筋保护层检测及评定方法等问题进行探讨及总结,提出了个人的一些观点,以供借鉴参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the thickness detection of reinforced protective layer of bridge has been added as one of the engineering quality appraisal items of highway bridge crossing (completion) engineering acceptance, which has been widely used in all parts of the country. As a new item, there is no uniform technical specification for the thickness detection and evaluation of the protective layer of bridge reinforcement in China. Other relevant codes are not perfect to a certain extent, and the standards among the codes are also different. As a result, there are some differences in actual operation between different regions. Based on many years' experience of field inspection and data processing, combined with theoretical analysis, this paper discusses and summarizes the problems of steel bar protective layer detection and assessment, and puts forward some personal views for reference.
