摊铺机超大宽度熨平板刚度研究

【摘要】:熨平板是摊铺机施工过程中路面成型的主要部件,它的刚度尤其是垂向刚度对路面的平整度有重要影响。本文所研究的超大宽度熨平板,最大摊铺宽度为16.5m,如何保证熨平板具有良好的静动态特性是一个行业前沿课题。 为开发出满足施工要求的超大宽度熨平板,首先对成熟的9m宽度熨平板做了刚度仿真和实验标定,设计可靠的研究方法。 然后对16.5m宽超大熨平板几何建模,建立有限元模型并做刚度计算,包括静刚度、模态和摊铺工况仿真。仿真结果显示,当熨平板宽度达到16.5m后刚度大幅下降,即使安装垂向支撑机构依然不能保证足够的刚度; 为了得到刚度最优的熨平板,拓扑优化垂向支撑机构,并对优化结果进行可制造化设计,仿真验证设计方案的静动态特性; 最后,研究熨平板在振动器作用下的稳态响应,探讨合适的激振频率范围,比较安装垂向支撑机构前后熨平板动态响应特性,进一步评价了垂向支撑机构对熨平板刚度的影响。
[Abstract]:Ironing plate is the main component of pavement shaping in the construction process of paver. Its stiffness, especially vertical stiffness, has an important effect on the smoothness of pavement. The oversized ironing plate studied in this paper has a maximum spreading width of 16.5m.How to ensure that the ironing plate has good static and dynamic characteristics is a frontier issue in the industry. In order to develop a super wide ironing plate which can meet the requirements of construction, the stiffness simulation and experimental calibration of the mature 9m wide ironing plate are done first, and a reliable research method is designed. The finite element model is established and the stiffness is calculated, including static stiffness, modal and paving condition simulation. The simulation results show that when the width of ironing plate reaches 16.5m, the stiffness can not be guaranteed enough even if the vertical bracing mechanism is installed, and in order to obtain the optimum ironing plate stiffness, the topology optimizes the vertical support mechanism. The static and dynamic characteristics of the design scheme are verified by simulation. Finally, the steady state response of the ironing plate under the action of the vibrator is studied, and the suitable exciting frequency range is discussed. The dynamic response characteristics of ironing plate before and after installing vertical brace are compared and the influence of vertical bracing mechanism on plate stiffness is further evaluated.
