应急状态下我国海上通道安全法律保障

【摘要】：为明确我国应急状态下海上通道的安全法律保障现状,在阐述应急状态下海上通道安全法律保障内涵的基础上,收集我国颁布的相关法律、法规以及参与的国际公约内容,并从这3个方面分析其对我国海上通道安全保障的适用性,总结应急状态下我国海上通道安全法律保障存在的问题,为我国未来大力发展海上运输、保障海上通道安全、建立健全海上通道应急保障法律体系提出相应建议。
[Abstract]:In order to clarify the present situation of safety law and guarantee of maritime channel in emergency situation of our country , the author collects the contents of relevant laws , regulations and international conventions enacted by our country on the basis of elaborating the connotation of maritime channel safety law in emergency state , analyzes its applicability to the safety guarantee of maritime channel in China , summarizes the existing problems of maritime channel safety law guarantee in China , and puts forward some suggestions for the future of our country to develop the maritime transport , guarantee the safety of maritime channel , and establish and perfect the legal system of maritime channel emergency safeguard .
