带裂缝预应力小箱梁的受力分析

【摘要】:预制装配式小箱梁由于其施工方法简单可行,结构安全可靠,造价低,施工工厂化、标准化和装配化,养护工程量小及抗震能力强等优点,在跨径20—40米的高速公路和城市道路高架桥建设中得到较为广泛应用。 预制小箱梁桥结构受力分析较为复杂,设计及施工质量较难控制,裂缝问题出现较多,,裂缝的出现会使钢筋锈蚀,结构的承载力急骤下降,必须给予充分重视。本文以工程中遇到的实际问题为基础,应用有限元法,对桥梁的裂缝进行模拟,并结合现场实验,分析裂缝产生的原因以及对梁体的结构性影响,为深入研究裂缝对小箱梁的影响提供参考,主要开展如下工作: 1、结合在工程实践中遇到的问题,建立单梁及整桥的有限元模型,分析梁体中裂缝的发展情况及规律,模拟梁体病害情况,分析梁体的承载能力,判定梁体的安全性和可靠性。 2、分别施加集中荷载和车辆荷载,分析梁体在成桥中的受力情况。 3、利用梁体现场的静载实验结果,校准模拟分析模型,对梁体及整桥的安全性做出评价与判定。
[Abstract]:The prefabricated small box girder has the advantages of simple and feasible construction method, safe and reliable structure, low cost, industrial construction, standardization and assembly, small amount of maintenance and strong seismic resistance, etc. It is widely used in the construction of 20-40 meters expressway and city road viaduct. The structural stress analysis of prefabricated small box girder bridge is more complicated, the quality of design and construction is difficult to control, the cracks appear more, the cracks will make the steel bar corrode, the bearing capacity of the structure must be reduced sharply, which must be paid more attention to. Based on the practical problems encountered in the engineering, the finite element method is used to simulate the cracks of the bridge, and combined with the field experiments, the causes of the cracks and the structural effects on the beam body are analyzed. In order to study the influence of cracks on small box girder, the main works are as follows: 1. Combining with the problems in engineering practice, the finite element model of single beam and whole bridge is established. This paper analyzes the development and law of cracks in beam body, simulates the condition of beam body disease, analyzes the bearing capacity of beam body, determines the safety and reliability of beam body. The stress of the beam body in the bridge is analyzed. 3. The safety of the beam body and the whole bridge is evaluated and judged by using the static load test results of the beam body and the calibration of the simulation analysis model.
