山区城市道路占道施工对交通的影响研究

【摘要】:随着社会发展速度的不断加快,大城市的各类建设也在不断展开。城市建设与维护施工期间会占用部分车道,给道路通行带来极大的不便,引发交通拥堵。山区城市由于其特殊的路网结构,使得占道施工对道路交通产生影响。加之缺乏科学的交通组织方案,不仅增加了占道施工影响区域的交通负荷,还影响临近区域的交通运行。本文以重庆市占道施工项目为依托,,运用调查和交通仿真研究了占道施工影响路段的交通特性、交通影响范围与交通组织方案设计等问题,给出了改进的山区城市占道施工影响路段交通组织方案评价的方法。 ①对国内外研究现状做出总结,在此基础上提出了本文的研究内容和技术路线。对山区城市的路网特点做了研究,并阐述了在此条件下占道施工分类以及占道施工影响区道路特性、驾驶员特性、车辆运行特性。采用阈值法确定占道施工区的交通影响范围,并给出计算步骤。根据城市道路通行能力的定义和现场实测的数据估算占道施工区路段的通行能力。 ②对占道施工区路段的交通流特性进行调查分析。采用人工现场录像调查的方式获取占道施工区路段的交通数据,结合数据对特定条件下占道施工区路段的交通流特性进行分析,得出影响路段不同区域不同车道的交通量、速度随时间分布的特征以及不同区域车头时距的统计分布模型。 ③对交通仿真系统模型进行了分类,总结出各个不同仿真系统的特点及应用。本文选用VISSIM仿真软件对占道施工影响路段进行交通仿真,首先建立符合占道施工区道路特点的仿真模型,输出交通流仿真结果,与正常条件进行对比得出了影响占道施工区道路通行能力的因素及其影响程度。 ④根据以上研究并结合山区城市道路的特殊性,提出占道施工影响区域交通组织方案优化的基本原则和优化措施与评价方法。根据工程实际情况,确定交通组织方案设计的主要因素(如人非机动车道组织、施工区车辆组织和施工区交通组织等),通过指标筛选,确定路段饱和度、施工路段平均行车速度、施工路段平均行程延误和施工路段平均停车次数作为交通组织方案的评价指标,并运用熵权法确定各指标的权重。 ⑤最后,结合重庆市巴南区渝南大道施工项目,设计了两种交通组织方案,运用VISSIM仿真软件得出评价指标值,结合灰色关联分析法对两种方案进行评价,得出最优方案。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of social development, the construction of large cities is also continuing. Urban construction and maintenance construction period will occupy part of the driveway, causing great inconvenience to road traffic, causing traffic congestion. Because of its special road network structure, the construction of occupying roads in mountainous cities has an impact on road traffic. In addition, the lack of scientific traffic organization not only increases the traffic load in the area affected by the construction of the road, but also affects the traffic operation in the adjacent area. Based on the construction project in Chongqing, this paper studies the traffic characteristics, traffic impact range and traffic organization scheme design of the road section affected by the construction by using investigation and traffic simulation. This paper gives an improved evaluation method of traffic organization scheme of urban road construction in mountainous area. 1 the research status at home and abroad is summarized, and the research content and technical route of this paper are put forward. In this paper, the road network characteristics of mountainous cities are studied, and the road characteristics, driver characteristics and vehicle operation characteristics in the affected areas of the construction of the roads are expounded under the conditions of the classification of the construction of the occupying roads and the road characteristics of the affected areas of the construction of the roads. The threshold method is used to determine the area of traffic impact in the construction area and the calculation steps are given. According to the definition of urban road capacity and the field measured data to estimate the capacity of the section of the road construction area. 2 the traffic flow characteristics of the section of the road construction area were investigated and analyzed. In this paper, the traffic data of the road section in the construction area are obtained by using the method of artificial field video investigation, and the traffic flow characteristics of the section of the road construction area under the specific conditions are analyzed, and the traffic volume of different lanes in different areas of the road section is obtained by analyzing the traffic flow characteristics of the section of the road construction area under specific conditions. The characteristics of velocity distribution with time and the statistical distribution model of headway time in different regions. 3. The traffic simulation system models are classified, and the characteristics and applications of different simulation systems are summarized. In this paper, the VISSIM simulation software is used to simulate the traffic of the affected sections of the construction. Firstly, the simulation model is established according to the characteristics of the roads in the construction area of the Occupy Road, and the simulation results of the traffic flow are outputted. Compared with the normal conditions, the factors affecting the road capacity and the degree of influence are obtained. 4 according to the above study and combined with the particularity of urban roads in mountainous areas, This paper puts forward the basic principles, optimization measures and evaluation methods of the regional traffic organization scheme affected by the construction of the Occupy Road. According to the actual situation of the project, the main factors of traffic organization scheme design (such as human non-motorized lane organization, construction area vehicle organization and construction area traffic organization, etc.) are determined, and the saturation of road sections is determined through index screening. The average driving speed of construction section, the average travel delay of construction section and the average stop number of construction section are the evaluation indexes of traffic organization scheme, and the weight of each index is determined by entropy weight method. 5 finally, Combined with the construction project of Yunan Avenue in Bannan District, Chongqing, two traffic organization schemes were designed. The evaluation index value was obtained by using VISSIM simulation software, and the optimal scheme was obtained by combining the grey relational analysis method to evaluate the two schemes.
