土工布边坡生态防护室内试验研究

【摘要】:公路工程建设过程中会产生许多路堑、路堤边坡,这些边坡由于防护措施不当,往往会造成严峻的生态问题及安全问题,因而为了防止边坡事故,恢复因施工导致的生态环境失衡,对边坡进行生态防护势在必行,对生态防护技术的研究变得迫在眉睫。本文重点对土工布进行研究,土工布作为一种建筑材料,其应用非常广泛。为了达到研究目的,设计了一种可变角度的室内边坡模拟装置,该边坡装置由面板槽、底座、加劲杆、支撑杆和滑动丝杆螺母机构组成,通过调节可以模拟边坡角度在20°~70°之间的边坡;设计了一套包括薄膜遮雨系统、降雨系统和稳压控流系统的降雨装置,可以通过开关调节降雨强度及降雨面积,以满足试验降雨要求;开发了一种具有固土固砂防冲刷作用的土工布边坡生态防护结构,使用土工布对边坡进行生态防护从而达到防雨水冲刷、适合植被绿化的目的。试验通过对土工布防护结构不同覆盖宽度、不同间隔距离及是否设置凸起构造进行室内试验研究,分析试验结果。选定最佳覆盖宽度、最优间隔距离及构造形式,确定最佳工况作为土工布边坡生态防护结构的最佳选择。然后对土工膜生态防护结构进行研究,对比其与土工布生态防护机构的优劣。在室内试验的基础上,展开对土工布防护结构的室外试验研究,检验了其室外情况下的防护效果。
[Abstract]:Many cutting and embankment slopes will occur in the course of highway engineering construction. These slopes often cause severe ecological problems and safety problems because of improper protective measures, so in order to prevent slope accidents, To restore the ecological environment imbalance caused by construction, it is imperative to carry out ecological protection on slope, and it is urgent to study ecological protection technology. As a kind of building material, geotextile is widely used in this paper. In order to achieve the research purpose, a kind of indoor slope simulation device with variable angle is designed. The slope device consists of a panel slot, a base, a stiffening rod, a supporting rod and a sliding wire rod nut mechanism. The slope with angle between 20 掳and 70 掳can be simulated by adjusting, and a set of rainfall devices including thin film rain shielding system, rainfall system and steady pressure control system are designed, which can adjust rainfall intensity and rainfall area by switch. In order to meet the demand of experimental rainfall, a geotextile slope ecological protection structure with soil consolidation and sand consolidation and scour prevention is developed. The geotextile is used to protect the slope from Rain Water scour, which is suitable for vegetation greening. Through the laboratory research on the different covering width, different spacing distance and whether to set up the raised structure of the geotextile protective structure, the test results are analyzed. The optimum coverage width, the optimal spacing distance and the structure form are selected, and the optimum working condition is determined as the best choice of the ecological protection structure of the geotextile slope. Then the structure of geotextile ecological protection was studied and compared with that of geotextile. On the basis of indoor test, the outdoor test research of geotextile protective structure was carried out, and the protective effect of geotextile protective structure was tested.
