HDPE改性沥青试验室制备工艺及性能研究

【摘要】:为了研究HDPE改性沥青制备工艺,以AH-90#沥青为基质沥青,通过正交试验和方差极差显著性分析,得到HDPE掺量、剪切速率、剪切时间和加热温度4个因素对HDPE改性沥青指标的影响规律。通过分析,确定制备HDPE改性沥青最佳工艺参数为:剪切速率为4 500r/min,剪切时间为25min,加热温度为170℃,改性剂HDPE掺量为5%。研究结果可为HDPE改性沥青的制备和应用提供依据。
[Abstract]:In order to study the preparation process of HDPE modified asphalt, the content and shear rate of HDPE were obtained by orthogonal test and variance significance analysis with AH-90# asphalt as base asphalt.
