TBM盘形滚刀刀圈的锻压成形工艺研究
[Abstract]:As a consumptive part of (TBM) of full-section rock tunneling machine, the cutter ring of disc hob has a direct effect on the speed of TBM tunneling because of its mechanical properties. In order to improve the service life of the cutter ring, many domestic scholars have also carried out a lot of research from different aspects, but the research on the forming process of the cutter ring is very little. In this paper, the blank of cutter ring of hollow cylinder and solid cylinder is chosen as the research object, and the mathematical expressions of each variable are obtained theoretically by using the knowledge of plastic mechanics to simplify the forming process of the blank. Then the metal forming simulation software DEFORM-3D is used to simulate the forming process. The reasonable distribution of metal streamline is beneficial to the improvement of the mechanical properties of the cutter, and the size of the original blank is the main factor affecting the distribution of the streamline. In this paper, the ideal metal streamline distribution of the cutter ring is described according to the actual working state of the cutter ring. By comparing and analyzing the metal streamline formed by different sizes of blank, the optimal size is selected. The die load of cutter ring forging was calculated by empirical formula and DEFORM software respectively. Using the post processing function of DEFORM software, the stress distribution diagram and the velocity distribution diagram of the cutter ring blank are obtained, and the comparative analysis is carried out respectively. Through the analysis of the above variables, the best one was selected from the hollow blank and solid blank respectively. Then the distribution of velocity field in forging process is compared and analyzed. The results show that the comprehensive properties of solid blanks are better after forging. Finally, using the point tracing function of DEFORM software, the deformation process of the edge of the cutter ring is analyzed more concretely.
