SBS改性剂对沥青及沥青混合料性能的影响

【摘要】:我国沥青路面在交通荷载和环境因素作用下出现了多种明显的早期病害,常规的沥青混凝土很难满足现行交通荷载的需要,目前多尝试多种路面结构类型和路面材料来适应这一特点。而对路面结构的调整是较为复杂的工程,因此目前多采用在路面材料中加入改性剂来提高其路用性能。在常用的添加剂中,,SBS改性剂由于其性能优良、工艺简单易于推广而得到了广泛的使用。本论文主要对SBS改性剂对沥青和沥青混合料的影响进行了分析。本文的主要研究内容和结论分别如下: 首先在试验室内对SBS改性沥青结合料的制备工艺进行了论述,而后研究了不同的用量对沥青技术性能指标的影响,在其基础上对SBS沥青混合料的级配进行设计,研究了不同的SBS加入量对沥青混合料路用性能的影响。同时结合项目工程的需要,对沥青混合料的剪切性能进行了试验。在对其路面性能试验时,高温性能采用了车辙试验;水稳定性采用了浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验;低温性能采用了小梁试验,抗剪性能采用了无侧限抗压试验和劈裂抗拉试验。 通过试验分析了SBS对沥青及沥青混合料性能的影响,结合实体工程,对SBS沥青路面的施工方法和质量评定进行了论述。通过本文的研究,可为SBS改性沥青混合料的设计及施工具有一定的理论指导。
[Abstract]:Under the action of traffic load and environment factors, there are many kinds of early diseases in asphalt pavement in China, and the conventional asphalt concrete is difficult to meet the needs of the current traffic load. At present, many kinds of pavement structure types and pavement materials are tried to adapt to this characteristic. However, the adjustment of pavement structure is more complicated, so the road performance is improved by adding modifier to pavement material. SBS modifier has been widely used in common additives because of its excellent properties and simple process. In this paper, the influence of SBS modifier on asphalt and asphalt mixture is analyzed. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: firstly, the preparation process of SBS modified asphalt binder is discussed in the laboratory, and then the influence of different dosage on the technical performance of asphalt is studied. On the basis of this, the gradation of SBS asphalt mixture is designed, and the influence of different SBS content on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture is studied. At the same time, the shear performance of asphalt mixture is tested according to the need of the project. In the pavement performance test, rutting test was used for high temperature performance, Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test for water stability, trabecular test for low temperature performance, The shear properties were tested by non-lateral compression test and split tensile test. This paper analyzes the influence of SBS on asphalt and asphalt mixture performance through test, and discusses the construction method and quality evaluation of SBS asphalt pavement combined with solid engineering. The research in this paper can provide some theoretical guidance for the design and construction of SBS modified asphalt mixture.
