高速公路监控外场设备资源优化配置研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the traffic volume of expressway is increasing day by day, and the monitoring system plays a more and more important role in ensuring highway traffic safety. But in the past quite a long period of time, the expressway traffic monitoring outfield equipment layout mainly according to the broad and extensive national norms, so the monitoring field equipment resources can not meet the current traffic monitoring needs. The contradiction between the high requirement of expressway traffic safety and the limited resources of the monitoring field equipment is becoming more and more serious. It is urgent to study a method of rational and optimal allocation of the equipment resources for the expressway monitoring field in order to improve the value of the monitoring and control. Most of the existing studies only use the location of the monitoring field equipment to study the location of the monitoring field equipment, neglecting to consider the allocation of the monitoring field equipment resources comprehensively from the whole and the traffic safety influence factors. In this paper, based on the national monitoring standard, using accident cause theory and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a method of optimal allocation of monitoring field equipment resources based on the two-level weight system of monitoring source evaluation is proposed, and a universal model is established. Finally, genetic algorithm is used to solve the model to get the optimal configuration scheme, which can improve the quality of highway monitoring and control. In this paper, the model is verified and analyzed with the example of Beijing Wuhuan High-speed VMS. The results show that the proposed model can improve the present situation of equipment resource allocation in expressway monitoring and control field to a great extent, without increasing the cost. Full use of field monitoring equipment to better monitor traffic conditions. The purpose of this paper is to provide a certain reference and basis for the traffic department to configure the monitoring field equipment resources through this model and verification.
