软基道路结构设计及快速施工技术研究

【摘要】:软土地基作为一种特殊的地基形式,常见于我国沿海地区。因为软土具有压缩性大、含水量高、强度低等特点,所以在软土地区建成运营后的公路时常出现不均匀沉降、桥头跳车等现象,给公路的正常运营带来非常大的影响。 桥头跳车直接原因是由于桥台与相邻路堤之间出现较大沉降差造成的,,其引发机理复杂,故而国内外已有大量相关研究。目前,人们开始广泛采用超轻质的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料作为桥头路堤结构的填料,EPS材料具有其他材料无法匹及的、良好的缓冲隔振性能。 本文通过有限元分析软件,结合固结沉降理论及土动力学原理,对软土地区路堤及路桥连接处路堤进行模拟分析计算,并对软土地区EPS路堤的路用性能、路桥连接处EPS轻质路堤的隔振效果进行研究。研究内容主要有以下几个方面: 利用固结沉降理论对不同路堤高度、不同软基厚度、EPS材料不同弹性模量、不同密度、不同泊松比等不同参数的路堤进行沉降分析,并对软土地基路堤的沉降规律进行总结。然后,从动力学方面,利用Abaqus有限元软件,结合动力学的基本原理,对EPS材料用于软土地基路堤的隔振效果进行分析,同时分别与普通路堤进行对比分析,凸显出EPS材料在施工实践方面的优越性。除此之外,还对EPS材料路用性能的影响因素(例如弹性模量、泊松比、密度、铺筑厚度等)进行了分析,为工程中选择合适的EPS材料提供了有利的依据;对工程施工中所关注的EPS路堤铺筑长度进行计算分析,得到了在技术方面而言的最合理的铺筑长度。最后,通过对几种不同软基处理方法进行经济对比分析,发现EPS轻质路堤的造价并未如大家所说的过高,相反,其总造价及经济指标远低于其他的处理方法。通过一系列的分析计算,最终得到了一些有意义的结果,希望在工程实践中能得以推广运用。
[Abstract]:As a special kind of foundation, soft soil foundation is common in coastal areas of China. Because the soft soil has the characteristics of large compressibility, high water content and low strength, the uneven settlement of the highway after the completion and operation of the soft soil area and the phenomenon of bridge head jumping bring great influence to the normal operation of the highway. The direct cause of bridge-head jump is due to the large settlement difference between abutment and adjacent embankment, and its initiation mechanism is complex, so there has been a lot of related research at home and abroad. At present, super light polystyrene foam is widely used as filling material of bridge head embankment structure. EPS material has better cushioning and vibration isolation performance than other materials. Through finite element analysis software, combined with consolidation settlement theory and soil dynamics principle, the embankment in soft soil area is simulated and calculated, and the road performance of EPS embankment in soft soil area is analyzed and calculated. The vibration isolation effect of EPS lightweight embankment at the junction of road and bridge is studied. The main research contents are as follows: the settlement analysis of embankment with different embankment height, different soft foundation thickness, different elastic modulus, different density, different Poisson's ratio and other parameters are used to analyze the settlement of embankment with different embankment height, different soft foundation thickness, different density, different Poisson's ratio and so on. The settlement law of soft foundation embankment is summarized. Then, in the aspect of dynamics, the vibration isolation effect of EPS material used in soft foundation embankment is analyzed by using Abaqus finite element software and the basic principle of dynamics. At the same time, it is compared with ordinary embankment. The superiority of EPS material in construction practice is highlighted. In addition, the factors affecting the road performance of EPS materials (such as elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio, density, paving thickness, etc.) are analyzed, which provides a favorable basis for the selection of suitable EPS materials in engineering. Based on the calculation and analysis of the EPS embankment paving length concerned in engineering construction, the most reasonable paving length in terms of technology is obtained. Finally, through the economic comparison and analysis of several different soft foundation treatment methods, it is found that the cost of EPS lightweight embankment is not too high as everyone said, on the contrary, its total cost and economic index are far lower than other treatment methods. Through a series of analysis and calculation, some meaningful results are obtained, and it is hoped that they can be popularized and applied in engineering practice.
