基于GENESIS64的架桥机远程3D监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:架桥机是铁路桥梁施工中的常见装备,伴随着我国基础设施建设的不断推进,架桥机得到了更为广泛的应用,架桥机安全问题也不断引起人们关注。架桥机3D远程监控系统的研发对于保障架桥机作业安全及方便生产管理具有重要意义。 本论文研究了一种架桥机3D远程监控系统。现场监测端的工控机通过工业以太网与架桥机PLC连接,实现架桥机各运行参数的采集;通过ZigBee无线传感器网络,,实现架桥机结构状态参数的实时采集;采用3G通讯方式将监控项数据发送至云服务器;远程3D监控系统通过访问云服务器获取数据,在GENESIS64中驱动架桥机3D模型动作,实现了架桥机3D远程虚拟监控。架桥机3D远程监控系统能够监控架桥机工作过程和运行参数,能够对运行参数和安全状态记录并管理,能够实时显示报警信息。实验表明,架桥机远程3D监控系统对架桥机的维护和预防事故发生具有积极意义。 本论文基于架桥机作业流程,分析了架桥机不安全因素,确定了架桥机监控项;基于架桥机主梁结构的有限元分析,确定了架桥机应变监测点的位置,提出了主梁加固及优化方案;基于分布式数据采集及GENESIS64组态技术,确定了监控系统的整体方案,完成了现场监控端及远程3D监控端的开发设计;最后测试了整个系统,验证系统的可靠性及稳定性。
[Abstract]:Bridge erecting machine is a common equipment in railway bridge construction. With the continuous promotion of infrastructure construction in China, bridge erector has been more widely used, and the safety of bridge erection machine has attracted people's attention. The research and development of 3D remote monitoring system for bridge erecting machine is of great significance to ensure the safety of bridge erection machine operation and facilitate production management. In this paper, a 3D remote monitoring system for bridge erecting machine is studied. The industrial control computer in the field monitoring end connects with the bridge erecting machine PLC through industrial Ethernet to realize the collection of the operating parameters of the bridge erecting machine, and realizes the real-time collection of the structural state parameters of the bridge erecting machine through the ZigBee wireless sensor network. The monitoring item data is sent to the cloud server by 3G communication mode, and the remote 3D monitoring system realizes the remote virtual monitoring of the bridge erecting machine by accessing the cloud server to obtain the data and driving the 3D model action of the bridge erector in GENESIS64. The 3D remote monitoring system of the bridge erecting machine can monitor the working process and operation parameters of the bridge erecting machine, record and manage the running parameters and safety status, and display the alarm information in real time. The experiment shows that the remote 3D monitoring system of bridge erecting machine has positive significance for maintenance and prevention of accidents. Based on the operation flow of the bridge erecting machine, this paper analyzes the unsafe factors of the bridge erecting machine, determines the monitoring item of the bridge erecting machine, and determines the position of the strain monitoring point of the bridge erecting machine based on the finite element analysis of the main girder structure of the bridge erecting machine. Based on distributed data acquisition and GENESIS64 configuration technology, the overall scheme of monitoring system is determined, and the development and design of field monitoring end and remote 3D monitoring terminal are completed. Finally, the whole system is tested. Verify the reliability and stability of the system.
