出行信息对路网容量的影响研究

【摘要】:道路网络容量是道路的一项重要指标。它既是道路规划设计所必须的基础数据,也是交通管理的重要参数之一。通过它可以获得路网的饱和容量和潜在容量,还可以确定路网中瓶颈路段和路口。交通规划不只是协调道路交通、轨道交通等城市交通问题,还要实现交通规划与城市规划的协调,与社会经济发展的协调。而路网容量又是交通规划问题中的一个重要方面。所以研究道路网络容量对交通发展乃至社会发展都具有十分重要的意义。而随着科技的进步,越来越多的科技力量也渗入到交通系统中,比如先进的出行者信息系统(Advanced Traveler Information System, ATIS)。由先进的出行者信息系统所发布的出行信息影响着出行者们的路径选择行为,从而进一步影响路网容量的变化。所以,研究出行信息对路网容量的影响是十分必要的。本文研究了现有的路网容量相关理论,讨论了路网容量的定义和分类,以及影响路网容量的相关因素。然后介绍了现有的路网容量的基本的研究方法,并对各方法做了评价。同时也研究了ATIS的相关理论,并讨论了ATIS对出行者路径选择行为有哪些正面和负面的影响。在以上的理论基础上,运用随机用户均衡的分配方法,分别建立了受ATIS信息质量影响的路网储备容量双层规划模型和受ATIS市场占有率影响的路网储备容量双层规划模型。针对这两个模型分别设计了基于连续平均法的求解算法。最后,通过两个算例,分别验证了所建模型和设计算法的有效性,并分析了这两个因素具体对路网容量产生了怎样的影响。第一个模型的算例表明,一开始储备容量随着信息质量参数的增加而减小;当信息质量参数增加到一定程度后,随着信息质量的增加,储备容量不再变化。第二个模型的算例表明,随着ATIS市场渗透率的提升,储备容量逐渐减小。合理的市场渗透率会使路段流量分布的较为均匀。但是必须指出的是,市场渗透率的增加对路段流量的改进效果是边际递减的。
[Abstract]:The capacity of road network is an important index of road. It is not only the basic data necessary for road planning and design, but also one of the important parameters of traffic management. Through it, the saturated capacity and potential capacity of the network can be obtained, and the bottleneck sections and intersections in the road network can also be determined. Traffic planning is not only to coordinate urban traffic problems such as road traffic and rail transit, but also to coordinate traffic planning and urban planning, and to coordinate with social and economic development. Network capacity is an important aspect of traffic planning. So it is very important to study the capacity of road network for traffic development and even social development. With the progress of science and technology, more and more scientific and technological forces have infiltrated the transportation system, such as the advanced traveller information system (Advanced Traveler Information System, ATIS). The travel information released by the advanced traveler information system influences the route choice behavior of the travelers and further influences the change of the capacity of the road network. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of trip information on network capacity. This paper studies the existing theory of network capacity, discusses the definition and classification of network capacity, and the related factors affecting network capacity. Then the existing basic research methods of network capacity are introduced, and each method is evaluated. At the same time, we study the theory of ATIS, and discuss the positive and negative effects of ATIS on the routing behavior of travelers. On the basis of the above theory, using the method of stochastic user equilibrium distribution, the double-level programming model of road network reserve capacity affected by the quality of ATIS information and the double-level programming model of road network reserve capacity affected by ATIS market share are established, respectively. For these two models, the algorithm based on continuous averaging method is designed. Finally, through two examples, the validity of the model and the design algorithm are verified, and the influence of these two factors on the capacity of the road network is analyzed. The example of the first model shows that the initial reserve capacity decreases with the increase of the information quality parameter, and when the information quality parameter increases to a certain extent, the reserve capacity does not change with the increase of the information quality. The example of the second model shows that with the increase of ATIS market permeability, the reserve capacity decreases gradually. Reasonable market permeability will make the flow distribution of road section more uniform. However, it must be pointed out that the improved effect of increasing market permeability on road flow is marginal decline.
