混凝土箱梁温度场实测研究及概率统计分析

【摘要】:温度作用是混凝土桥梁设计的重要因素,温度梯度的选用对桥梁设计安全性和经济性具有重要影响。本文以位于浙江省千岛湖地区的一座大跨度连续刚构桥的温度场长期监测数据为基础,展开了混凝土箱梁温度场的分析研究。 分别选取夏季和冬季当中的一个月的数据作为相应季节的代表,绘制了测点温度随时间的变化曲线,分析了箱梁各个温度测点随时间的变化规律,并按纵桥向和横桥向比较了测点温度。选取了铺装前后的测试数据,分析了沥青铺装对箱梁温度场的影响。 对混凝土箱梁截面的最大正温差与环境气温之间的关系进行了统计分析,建立了依据日最高气温与日气温变幅估算箱梁最大正温差的经验公式。 参考国内外规范的规定,根据实测数据,通过概率统计分析,提出了适用于杭州地区的正负温度梯度设计曲线。 根据太阳物理学和传热学理论,通过分析混凝土箱梁与外界环境的热量交换得到了混凝土箱梁的日照温度场边界条件,建立了计算混凝土箱梁日照温度场的数值模型。 运用Abaqus对日照温度场进行了参数分析。研究了混凝土热物理参数、沥青热物理参数、铺装层厚度以及风速、环境气温等对日照温度场的影响,并绘制了温度梯度指数函数幅值T0与指数a对这些参数的敏感性曲线。
[Abstract]:The effect of temperature is an important factor in the design of concrete bridges, and the selection of temperature gradient has an important influence on the safety and economy of bridge design. Based on the long-term monitoring data of temperature field of a long-span continuous rigid frame bridge located in Qiandao Lake area of Zhejiang Province, the temperature field of concrete box girder is analyzed and studied in this paper. Taking the data of one month in summer and winter as the representative of the corresponding seasons, the variation curve of temperature of measuring points with time is drawn, and the variation law of each temperature measuring point of box girder with time is analyzed. The temperature of the measuring point is compared according to the longitudinal bridge and the transverse bridge. The influence of asphalt pavement on the temperature field of box girder is analyzed by selecting the test data before and after paving. The relationship between the maximum positive temperature difference of the concrete box girder section and the ambient temperature is statistically analyzed, and the empirical formula for estimating the maximum positive temperature difference of the box girder based on the daily maximum temperature and the daily temperature variation amplitude is established. The design curve of positive and negative temperature gradient suitable for Hangzhou area is put forward by means of probability and statistical analysis according to the regulations at home and abroad and according to the measured data. According to the theory of solar physics and heat transfer, the boundary conditions of sunshine temperature field of concrete box girder are obtained by analyzing the heat exchange between concrete box girder and external environment, and a numerical model for calculating sunshine temperature field of concrete box girder is established. The parameter analysis of sunshine temperature field is carried out by using Abaqus. The effects of thermal physical parameters of concrete, bitumen thermophysical parameters, thickness of pavement, wind speed and ambient temperature on the temperature field of sunlight are studied. The sensitivity curves of the amplitude of temperature gradient exponential function T0 and exponent a to these parameters are plotted.
