基于CAN总线的隧道照明系统的研究

【摘要】:隧道照明是保证隧道内行车安全运行的重要条件,其费用在隧道运营中占很大比例。随着中西部交通设施建设的发展,隧道数量也在快速增加,不科学的隧道照明已成为运营单位经济效益低下的原因。目前隧道内采用的照明光源、照明控制方式已不能适应节能降耗的需要,也不能应对隧道内复杂变化的环境。 通过对几种现场总线性能的比较,,CAN总线突出表现在其结构简单、稳定性高、抗干扰能力强、扩展性和开放性好,以及成本低廉。本课题开发出了基于CAN总线的隧道照明系统,包括CAN总线中继器及网关设计、自动调光LED平板灯恒流电源设计。该系统实现了多条CAN总线组成树形网络、多节点控制、多路12位A/D转换电路、PWM可变恒压源、应急电源、防雷电、高传输速率等功能。 本文详细介绍了隧道中灯管位置的设定,带有CAN总线功能C0851F040芯片以及带SPI的独立CAN控制器MCP2510的CAN控制器组成的中继器以及他们软件通信协议。以开关电源Cuk电路为基础的可调输出电压的照明灯供电电路。并有相关实验数据及其分析说明。 通过大量实验,可实现各智能节点统一控制、在紧急情况下实现故障自诊断、应急处理等功能,不但能够满足隧道照明要求,而且有效节约了能源。
[Abstract]:Tunnel lighting is an important condition to ensure the safe operation of the tunnel, and its cost accounts for a large proportion in the tunnel operation. With the development of traffic facilities in the central and western regions, the number of tunnels is increasing rapidly, and unscientific tunnel lighting has become the reason for the low economic benefits of the operating units. At present, the lighting control mode used in the tunnel can not meet the needs of energy saving and consumption reduction, nor can it cope with the complex changing environment in the tunnel. By comparing the performance of several fieldbus, can bus is characterized by its simple structure, high stability, strong anti-interference ability, good expansibility and openness, and low cost. A tunnel lighting system based on CAN bus is developed in this paper, including the design of CAN bus repeater and gateway, and the design of constant current power supply for automatic dimming LED flat lamp. The system realizes the functions of tree network composed of multiple CAN buses, multi-node control, multi-channel 12-bit A / D conversion circuit, PWM variable constant voltage source, emergency power supply, lightning protection, high transmission rate and so on. This paper introduces in detail the setting of the lamp position in the tunnel, the repeater composed of C0851F040 chip with CAN bus function and the CAN controller with independent CAN controller MCP2510 with SPI, and their software communication protocol. A power supply circuit with adjustable output voltage based on Cuk circuit of switching power supply. And there are related experimental data and its analysis. Through a large number of experiments, the intelligent nodes can be controlled uniformly, and the functions of fault self-diagnosis and emergency treatment can be realized in emergency situations. It can not only meet the requirements of tunnel lighting, but also save energy effectively.
