非机动车管理平台的设计和应用

【摘要】:我国是一个非机动车产业发达的国家,自行车、电动车等非机动车目前依然是我国城市大部分人出行的主要交通代步工具。非机动车生产管理和使用过程中的管理与老百姓生活息息相关,具有非常重要的意义。因为非机动车生产及使用量巨大、管理工作复杂,因此,实现非机动车的信息化管理势在必行。本文针对天津市非机动车生产销售企业和公安局非机动车管理各个部门的实际需求,提出并设计了非机动车管理平台。 从实际工作出发,本文对天津市非机动车管理平台的需求及整体框架进行了设计,完成了系统结构层次划分、软件设计、硬件系统设计、数据库的设计等。采用JAVA、J2EE平台、SSH框架、B/S架构等技术,实现了非机动车业务功能模块、非机动车警情模块、非机动车盗抢案件以及违法犯罪嫌疑人员轨迹分析等模块。系统可以完成非机动车数据的采集、增、删、改、查功能,并可配合非机动车警情管理为被盗抢的非机动车设置盗抢标志位,,便于公安机关打击非机动车违法犯罪。 经硬件架构、功能性能、压力等方面测试,结果表明,所设计系统各模块运行正常,功能和可靠性等各项指标达到了设计要求,同时系统具有较好的安全性、兼容性、集成性、可扩展性。
[Abstract]:China is a country with developed industry of non-motor vehicles. Bicycles, electric vehicles and other non-motor vehicles are still the main means of transportation for most people in cities in our country. The management in the process of production and use of non-motor vehicles is closely related to the daily life of the common people and has very important significance. Because the production and usage of non-motor vehicles are huge and the management work is complicated, it is imperative to realize the information management of non-motor vehicles. According to the actual demand of Tianjin non-motor vehicle production and sales enterprises and the departments of non-motor vehicle management of the Public Security Bureau, a non-motor vehicle management platform is proposed and designed in this paper. Based on the actual work, this paper designs the requirement and the whole frame of Tianjin non-motor vehicle management platform, and completes the system structure level division, software design, hardware system design, database design and so on. Using JAVA,J2EE platform SSH framework and B / S structure technology, the non-motor vehicle business function module, non-motor vehicle police information module, non-vehicle theft and robbery cases and track analysis of criminal suspects are implemented. The system can collect, add, delete, change and check the data of non-motor vehicles, and can cooperate with the management of non-motor vehicle police to set up stolen marks for the stolen and robbed non-motor vehicles, so as to facilitate the public security organs to crack down on non-motor vehicle crimes. The test results of hardware structure, function performance, pressure and so on show that the modules run normally, function and reliability meet the design requirements, and the system has good security, compatibility, integration, etc. Extensibility.
