考虑能耗的集装箱码头核心资源调度研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的不断深入,集装箱运输的重要地位日益彰显,集装箱码头效率已经成为评价港口竞争力的重要指标之一。如何合理安排到港集装箱船的各项作业顺序以及配置合理数量的装卸机械设备已经成为提升港口效率的关键。另一方面,随着气候变化问题的日益严重,低碳、节能减排已成为各国经济发展中亟需考虑的问题。目前,以国际海事组织强制推行的《能效设计指数(EEDI)计算方法的临时指南》等国际性规范为标志,全球航运业界已开始着手打造绿色船舶。相较而言,港口由于具有较强的属地化特征,其涉外性不及海上运输船舶,因此目前绿色港口的建设相对缺乏具有国际强制约束力的统一标准。随着我国集装箱港口建设进程的不断加快,港口自动化、信息化、智能化水平已处于世界领先地位,我国集装箱港口兼顾能耗和效益已具备了相当的技术基础。 在此背景下,本文首先从集装箱码头调度以及港口能耗两方面介绍相关的理论。其次,以装卸作业时间最小以及港口装卸机械能源消耗最小为目标,采用混合流水车间的思想,构建包括岸桥、集卡、场桥的集装箱码头核心资源双目标集成调度优化模型,并设计基于模拟退火算法和遗传算法的混合优化算法。再次,运用Matlab对某集装箱码头进行实证分析并求解最优调度方案。结果显示,本文建立的模型能够实现港口能效水平的优化,本文采用的遗传模拟退火算法求得的装卸时间、港口能耗也优于传统遗传算法的计算结果。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, the important position of container transportation is becoming more and more obvious. The efficiency of container terminal has become one of the important indicators to evaluate the competitiveness of ports. How to arrange the operation order of container ship and how to configure a reasonable quantity of loading and unloading machinery and equipment has become the key to improve port efficiency. On the other hand, with the increasingly serious problem of climate change, low carbon, energy saving and emission reduction has become an urgent problem in the economic development of various countries. At present, the global shipping industry has begun to build green ships, marked by international norms such as the interim Guide to the calculation of Energy efficiency Design Index (EEDI) enforced by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). In contrast, because of its strong local characteristics, the port is less foreign than the maritime transport ship, so the construction of green port is relatively lack of international compulsory binding standard. With the accelerating process of container port construction in China, the level of automation, information and intelligence has been in the leading position in the world, and the container port in our country has a considerable technical foundation to take account of energy consumption and efficiency. In this context, this paper first introduces the theory of container terminal scheduling and port energy consumption. Secondly, aiming at the minimum loading and unloading time and the minimum energy consumption of port loading and unloading machinery, a dual objective integrated scheduling optimization model of container terminal core resources including shore bridge, collecting card and yard bridge is constructed by adopting the idea of mixed flow workshop. A hybrid optimization algorithm based on simulated annealing algorithm and genetic algorithm is designed. Thirdly, a container terminal is empirically analyzed by Matlab and the optimal scheduling scheme is solved. The results show that the model established in this paper can optimize the energy efficiency level of the port. The loading and unloading time obtained by the genetic simulated annealing algorithm in this paper is better than that of the traditional genetic algorithm.
