PLC在港口皮带输送系统节能控制中的应用研究
[Abstract]:Under the background of national development of green low carbon cycle economy, it has become an inevitable trend to do well the energy saving and consumption reduction in port industry. The belt conveyance system is an important part of the port coal, ore and other bulk wharves. The transportation of bulk loans is easy to be affected by the field conditions and the belt load changes greatly, while the driving motor is always running at the power frequency. This will lead to the waste of electric energy and the increase of mechanical loss. Because the power of the belt driving motor is large, it is of great significance to study and tap the energy saving space for reducing the energy consumption of the port and improving its energy utilization efficiency. According to the requirements of a certain port in Xuzhou, the automatic control system for frequency conversion of motor is designed based on PLC technology, frequency converter and configuration software. In order to realize the development and design of the automatic frequency conversion speed control system, the core work of the subject includes: mastering the composition of PLC, the function and working principle of each part, the basic principle of frequency conversion speed regulation, the basic structure and application characteristics of frequency converter; The whole scheme of frequency conversion automatic control is designed, the hardware selection and circuit design are carried out, and the ladder diagram program of PLC control is developed by using STEP7, and the remote monitoring interface is constructed by configuration software. According to the material load on the belt, the system can adjust the frequency of the motor and the running speed of the belt in real time. When the load is small, the frequency of the motor and the speed of the belt can be reduced, and when the load is high, the frequency of the motor and the speed of the belt can be increased. Through the design of this subject, the understanding of PLC control system design and frequency conversion speed regulation of three-phase AC asynchronous motor is deepened, and the theoretical guidance and experience accumulation are provided for the subsequent project and popularization.
