京通快速路晚高峰潮汐车道方案选择
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the urban scale of Beijing is expanding day by day, but the core functional areas are concentrated in the main urban areas, while the residential areas develop to suburban counties. This unbalanced relationship leads to the "tidal" traffic especially serious during the morning and evening rush hour, which is one of the important factors of this topic. Jingtong Expressway is one of the typical tidal phenomena in Beijing. It is innovative and prospective to study the tidal lane construction and operation scheme. Tidal lane, as an important means to solve asymmetric traffic, has been widely used at home and abroad. However, there is no precedent for its application to urban expressway or expressway. In the course of studying the tidal lane of Jingtong Expressway, the traffic flow and driving speed during the late rush hour are investigated, and the section with tidal lane is analyzed by calculating the distribution coefficient of the traffic flow and the average form speed of the vehicle. At the same time, the mathematical model of variable lane allocation optimization is established, and the rationality of lane allocation is verified by mathematical method. Compared with the long and short sections of the tidal lane, the paper analyzes the important nodes, the construction scheme, the entrance and exit, the section scheme, the technical and economic indexes, and analyzes the risks and problems of the two schemes. The operation guarantee scheme is the extremely important content of the tidal lane project of Jingtong Expressway. In the daily management, we should adopt the standard process to manage the steps of preparing, starting and closing the tidal lane before starting, so that the whole process can run smoothly and efficiently. In the emergency management, the first is to establish the organization guarantee, to establish the coordination group and the implementation group, and then to formulate the solution for all kinds of possible emergencies, to ensure that both traffic accidents and other emergencies can be handled calmly and quickly. Through the discussion and research on the tidal lane of Jingtong Expressway, not only the problems of its own construction and operation are solved, but also the traffic flow and speed data in the investigation can be taken as the basic data as the decision basis. Furthermore, the principles of traffic organization and traffic rights in complex traffic areas, as well as emergency rescue and management, can also provide reference for other similar cities to set up tidal lanes.
