橡胶沥青混凝土及其在广东部分道路应用

【摘要】:将废旧轮胎用于筑路技术,可以改善公路工程质量,延长路面的使用寿命,符合国家提倡的节约资源与保护环境的基本战略。橡胶沥青及混合料在减薄路面、延长路面使用寿命、延缓反射裂缝、减轻行车噪声等方面具有独特的优势。本文重点研究了橡胶沥青性能的影响因素及制作工艺,,橡胶沥青混合料设计及性能以及橡胶沥青混凝土的工程应用案例。 首先介绍了橡胶粉和橡胶沥青,结合橡胶沥青的作用机理,简要介绍了论文研究过程中关于橡胶沥青性能评价的室内试验方法,分析各因素对橡胶沥青性能的影响作用,包括材料因素(胶粉粒径、胶粉种类、胶粉掺量以及基质沥青种类)和工艺因素(剪切温度、剪切速率和剪切时间);介绍了橡胶沥青的制作工艺,包括干法施工工艺和湿法施工工艺。 其次,提出橡胶沥青混合料的原材料的技术指标。介绍了橡胶沥青混合料的级配设计(体积填充法)、级配的选择、最佳沥青用量以及混合料性能的验证。提出了两种不同橡胶沥青混合料:断级配橡胶沥青混合料和开级配橡胶沥青混合料。 最后,通过橡胶沥青在广东地区的工程应用,介绍了橡胶沥青混合料原材料、配合比设计、施工工艺以及质量控制。
[Abstract]:The application of waste tires in road construction technology can improve the quality of highway engineering, prolong the service life of road surface, and accord with the basic strategy of saving resources and protecting environment advocated by the state. Rubber asphalt and mixture have unique advantages in thinning pavement, prolonging pavement service life, delaying reflection crack and reducing traffic noise. This paper focuses on the factors affecting the performance of rubber asphalt and its manufacturing process, the design and performance of rubber asphalt mixture and the engineering application of rubber asphalt concrete. Firstly, the rubber powder and rubber asphalt are introduced. Combined with the action mechanism of rubber asphalt, the indoor test method of rubber asphalt performance evaluation in the research process is briefly introduced, and the influence of various factors on rubber asphalt performance is analyzed. It includes material factors (particle size of rubber powder, type of rubber powder, amount of rubber powder and type of matrix asphalt) and technological factors (shear temperature, shear rate and shearing time). Including dry construction technology and wet construction technology. Secondly, the technical index of raw material of rubber asphalt mixture is put forward. This paper introduces the gradation design of rubber asphalt mixture (volume filling method), the selection of gradation, the optimum asphalt content and the verification of mixture performance. Two kinds of rubber asphalt mixture, broken grade rubber asphalt mixture and open grade rubber asphalt mixture, are put forward. Finally, through the engineering application of rubber asphalt in Guangdong area, the raw materials, mix ratio design, construction technology and quality control of rubber asphalt mixture are introduced.
