Q500qE高性能桥梁钢防断性能试验研究

【摘要】:为研究Q500qE高性能桥梁钢的断裂抗力随温度的变化规律,针对5种不同厚度规格(16,32,44,50,60mm)的Q500qE高性能桥梁钢母材和焊接接头,进行常温和低温环境条件下的深缺口宽板拉伸试验。试验结果表明:随着强度的提升以及细化晶粒,板厚32 mm以下的Q500qE高性能桥梁钢母材的断裂韧度Kc值总体上高于Q370qE和Q345qD桥梁钢,也比Q500qE高性能桥梁钢焊接接头高;在试验温度低于-40℃后,板厚44mm以上的Q500qE高性能桥梁钢母材的Kc指标有所下降;与Q370qE和Q345qD桥梁钢焊缝相比,Q500qE高性能桥梁钢焊接接头的Kc没有明显的提高;需要进一步研发提高Q500qE高性能桥梁钢厚板以及焊接接头防断性能的措施。
[Abstract]:In order to study the variation of fracture resistance of Q500qE high performance bridge steel with temperature, the deep notched wide plate tensile tests were carried out under normal and low temperature conditions for five kinds of Q500qE high performance bridge steel base materials and welded joints with different thickness specifications (1632x 450,60mm). The results show that with the increase of strength and refinement of grain, the fracture toughness Kc value of Q500qE high performance bridge steel under 32 mm plate thickness is higher than that of Q370qE and Q345qD bridge steel, and also higher than that of Q500qE high performance bridge steel welded joint.
