沥青路面温拌再生技术及工程应用

【摘要】:在低碳环保、节能减排的时代背景下,厂拌热再生技术和沥青混合料温拌技术得到了广泛的推广应用,随着两种技术的发展已日趋成熟,将两种技术进行结合,既实现提高旧料回收利用率,又能够降低沥青混合料的拌和及施工温度的技术是一种的新的发展趋势。温拌再生技术就是将温拌技术与厂拌热再生技术结合起来,通过将降粘减阻剂、新矿料、新沥青与回收路面材料(RAP)在低于热再生20-30℃左右的温度下进行拌和再生,在不牺牲路面质量的前提下,既提高再生旧料的利用比率,又降低生产施工温度,回收材料再生掺加比例可提高至45%-50%,并且明显降低旧料加热温度和混合料生产及施工温度,且保证了再生沥青混合料的良好性能。此项技术将温拌技术和热再生技术的优点进行整合,突破了厂拌热再生技术旧料利用率低的瓶颈,同时在温拌技术的各种优良技术支持下融合了沥青旧料再生技术。为了贯彻落实“人文交通,科技交通、绿色交通”理念,北京市交通委员会路政局密云公路分局在韩西路大修工程中,推行使用温拌再生技术,本文通过对比研究的方法,对沥青混凝土的配比设计、材料性能、施工工艺,以及竣工后的路用指标进行研究,总结出温拌再生与热拌再生沥青混凝土的技术性能、施工工艺以及质量控制方法的差异性,分析温拌再生沥青混凝土的特性,为以后在公路建设中推广该技术提供参考。
