面向商务智能的公共交通数据分析系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:公共交通数据可用性的增加很大程度上改变了公共交通系统数据分析的模式。一个特别有前景的领域是应用商务智能系统,它可以帮助分析交通行业能源高消耗问题,改善客户体验,提高经营业绩。然而,从公共交通系统中提取商业智能并不是一件容易的事情。传统的数据分析工具通常不善于处理大型、复杂、动态的分布式数据。为此,我们开发一个可以从不同的业务的角度探索大量数据的数据分析系统。本文提出一个面向SQL Server Business Intelligence,适用于公共交通公司数据仓库建设的模型。数据分析系统的数据来自不同的信息系统,通过运用ETL技术提取来自不同数据源的异构数据,根据用户需求,清洗数据,最后将所有的数据加载到目标数据仓库。通过构建一个多维的目标数据仓库,用户可以集中管理数据,并且能够从多个角度分析数据。本文通过开发基于SSRS的报表系统展示数据,常见的报表形式有表格和图形。用户可以从多维度查询报表数据,比如,时间维度和属性维度。最后,数据分析系统通过应用Reporting Service,对报表进行管理。
[Abstract]:The increasing availability of public transport data has greatly changed the pattern of data analysis in public transport systems. A particularly promising area is the application of business intelligence systems, which can help analyze high energy consumption in the transport industry, improve customer experience, and improve business performance. However, extracting business intelligence from public transport systems is not easy. Traditional data analysis tools are usually not good at dealing with large, complex, dynamic distributed data. To this end, we develop a data analysis system that can explore a large number of data from different business perspectives. This paper presents a model oriented to SQL Server Business Intelligence, for data warehouse construction in public transport companies. The data of the data analysis system comes from different information systems. The heterogeneous data from different data sources are extracted by using ETL technology, and the data is cleaned according to the user's needs. Finally, all the data are loaded into the target data warehouse. By building a multidimensional target data warehouse, users can centrally manage data and analyze data from multiple perspectives. In this paper, we develop a report system based on SSRS to display data, the common forms of reports are tables and graphics. Users can query report data from multiple dimensions, such as time and attribute dimensions. Finally, the data analysis system uses Reporting Service, to manage the report.
