沥青路面施工质量监控与促进技术的研究

【摘要】:随着我国高速公路的蓬勃发展,针对沥青路面施工质量的常见问题,沥青路面施工质量的监控已充分得到业主的认同,在不少地区的也显著提升了沥青路面的质量。但总体来说,我国沥青路面施工质量控制在各个环节中的影响因素很多,,在施工过程中,如何采取有限的关键因素和与之相适应的简单、精确、经济的检测方法去实施沥青混凝土路面的监控,以保证沥青混凝土路面的施工质量,有待于进行深入的研究。 论文从沥青混合料的目标配合比设计、拌合楼筛孔的选择、生产配合比设计和生产配合比的调整全过程出发,结合新疆乌赛高速公路的工程实例,基于CARD/1软件平台,结合EXCEL的相关功能,通过C++程序语言进行编程,研究开发出沥青混合料一体化自动系统。 沥青混合料一体化自动系统主要包括目标配合比自动合成模块、拌合楼筛孔的自动选择模块、生产配合比的自动合成模块和生产配合比的快速调整模块。通过相关模块的应用可以快捷、准确的获得目标配合比的设计、拌合楼筛孔的设置、生产配合比的设计及生产过程中生产稳定性的快速判断和调整。 工程应用表明,沥青混合料一体化自动系统使施工单位在整个沥青混合料生产、施工过程中能够快速、高效、优质的完成质量控制,提高了企业的生产效率和经济效益,同时获得了良好的沥青路面的施工质量。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of highway in our country, the quality of asphalt pavement construction has been fully recognized by the owners, and the quality of asphalt pavement has been significantly improved in many areas in view of the common problems in the construction quality of asphalt pavement. But generally speaking, there are many factors that affect the quality control of asphalt pavement construction in our country. In the construction process, how to adopt the limited key factors and adapt to it is simple and accurate. In order to ensure the construction quality of asphalt concrete pavement, the economical detection method needs to be studied deeply. Based on the design of asphalt mixture, the selection of sieve hole in mixing building, the design of production mix ratio and the whole process of adjusting the proportion of production, combined with the engineering example of Xinjiang Wusai Expressway, the paper based on CARD/1 software platform. Combined with the related functions of EXCEL, the automatic system of asphalt mixture integration is developed by programming with C program language. The integrated automatic system of asphalt mixture mainly includes the automatic synthesis module of the target mix ratio, the automatic selection module of the sieve hole in the mixing building, the automatic synthesis module of the production mix ratio and the fast adjusting module of the production mix ratio. Through the application of related modules, we can quickly and accurately obtain the design of the target mix ratio, the setting of the sieve hole in the mixing building, the design of the production mix ratio and the quick judgment and adjustment of the production stability in the production process. The engineering application shows that the automatic system of asphalt mixture integration makes the construction unit in the whole asphalt mixture production, the construction process can quickly, efficiently, high-quality control, improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of the enterprise. At the same time, good construction quality of asphalt pavement is obtained.
