NS港集装箱卡车调度研究

【摘要】:本文讨论了传统集卡调度方式的优缺点,分析NS港现行的几套智能化的集卡调度方式的先进性与局限性,提出能将集卡行驶距离和任务重要程度两方面因素综合考虑的基于GPS技术和模糊控制理论的智能调度方式。 接着提出了集卡调度模糊控制系统的总体方案,并详细阐述了系统的总体设计、算法、模糊化和清晰化过程。隶属函数和模糊规则库的确定采用专家经验法,对码头有丰富调度经验的人员发放调查表,让其填写关于每一个论域值对于每一个模糊集合的符合程度的语言描述,综合所有接受询问的人员的意见得到隶属度函数的离散点,进而得到近似的隶属度函数。然后在Matlab中建立此模糊控制系统,计算出每一对输入对应的清晰化输出值,得出调度方案的决策查询表。实际工作中,在码头管理系统中直接查询这张表就能为集卡分派最优的集卡调度方案。 最后用Arena建立了传统调度方式和模糊控制调度方式两个模型,并从集卡资源饱和、集卡资源不饱和两个角度进行了详细的对比分析。发现当集卡资源过饱和时,两种调度方式的作业效率相差不大,但对于达到同样作业效率的所需集卡数量方面,模糊控制调度系统可以比传统调度方式少使用15%左右的集卡资源;当集卡资源不饱和时,模糊控制调度系统可以提高10%~30%的作业效率。此结论证明了模糊控制调度系统的确能有效的提高集装箱码头的装卸效率,提高集卡的满载率,降低集卡投入数量,,降低集卡单箱能耗。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional card gathering scheduling mode, and analyzes the advantages and limitations of several sets of intelligent card collection scheduling methods in NS Port. An intelligent scheduling method based on GPS technology and fuzzy control theory is proposed, which can consider both the driving distance of the card and the importance of the task. Then, the overall scheme of the card scheduling fuzzy control system is proposed, and the overall design, algorithm, fuzzification and clarity process of the system are described in detail. Membership function and fuzzy rule base are determined by expert experience method. Questionnaire is issued to people with rich dispatching experience in wharf to fill out a linguistic description of the consistency of each domain value to each fuzzy set. The discrete points of membership function are obtained by synthesizing the opinions of all the people questioned, and the approximate membership degree function is obtained. Then the fuzzy control system is established in Matlab, and the corresponding clear output values of each pair of inputs are calculated, and the decision query table of the scheduling scheme is obtained. In practice, by directly querying the table in the wharf management system, the optimal card scheduling scheme can be assigned for the card collection. Finally, two models of traditional scheduling mode and fuzzy control scheduling mode are established by using Arena, and compared and analyzed in detail from two angles of card resource saturation and card resource unsaturated. It is found that when the card resource is supersaturated, the efficiency of the two scheduling modes is not different, but for the number of cards needed to achieve the same job efficiency, The fuzzy control scheduling system can use about 15% less card resource than the traditional scheduling method, and when the card resource is not saturated, the fuzzy control scheduling system can improve the efficiency of 10% or 30%. The conclusion proves that the fuzzy control dispatching system can effectively improve the loading and unloading efficiency of container terminal, increase the full load rate of the container, reduce the input quantity of the card, and reduce the energy consumption of the single container.
