基于桥墩锈胀对于桥梁结构的影响研究

【摘要】:近年来随着我国经济不断发展、工程建设和交通运输也在迅猛发展,交通运输量在大幅度的提高,桥梁在人们日常生活中重要性日益凸显。但是由于潮汐等不利因素对于桥梁的影响,正在服役期的桥梁的桥墩、桥台、盖梁等很容易出现锈胀现象。这将会对人民的生命财产带来安全隐患。本文研究了钢筋混凝土桥墩锈胀的影响。通过不同的锈胀程度分析了桥墩的应力、位移等变化,同时也探讨了多种关于桥墩锈胀的加固方法,具有重要的理论意义和工程指导价值。本文通过MIDAS CIVIL有限元分析软件,建立了桥梁的有限元模型。在对称车道荷载对桥墩作用下,计算了不同锈胀程度对桥墩的影响。以箍筋处20mm保护层混凝土规则均匀剥落和纵筋30mm处保护层混凝土规则均匀剥落为变化参数,分别比较桥墩完好时截面,锈胀开裂20mm截面,锈胀开裂30mm截面的轴压力、墩底弯矩和应力、位移的影响。其中还考虑了钢筋混凝土桥墩的锈胀部位,分别以30mm厚、500mm长的整体剥落的锈胀出现在桥墩,且由墩底至墩顶起1m,3m,5m,7m,9m为变化参数进行了桥墩的分析计算。分析钢筋混凝土桥墩的锈胀出现在桥墩哪些部位对于桥梁结构最不利。本文还探讨了桥墩锈胀的加固方法。通过各种影响因素的比较,最终选定增大截面法对锈胀的桥墩进行加固。通过有限元软件对比分析了钢筋混凝土桥墩锈胀前后的反力、弯矩、应力、位移等,得出沿箍筋或纵筋的混凝土均匀剥落的锈胀出现在桥墩会对桥墩安全性造成一定影响。建议对锈胀后的钢筋混凝土桥墩进行加固处理;该研究对于同类桥梁的钢筋混凝土桥墩的锈胀分析有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of our country's economy, engineering construction and transportation are also developing rapidly. The traffic volume is increasing by a large margin, and the importance of bridge in people's daily life is becoming more and more prominent. However, due to the influence of tide and other adverse factors on the bridge, the bridge pier, abutment, cover beam and so on are prone to rust expansion. This will bring people's lives and property a security hazard. In this paper, the effect of rust expansion on reinforced concrete pier is studied. Through the analysis of the stress and displacement of the bridge pier with different degree of rust expansion, various strengthening methods of the pier are also discussed, which has important theoretical significance and engineering guiding value. In this paper, the finite element model of bridge is established by MIDAS CIVIL finite element analysis software. Under the action of symmetrical driveway load on the pier, the influence of different rust expansion degree on the pier is calculated. Taking regular spalling of 20mm cover concrete at stirrups and uniform spalling of concrete rules at longitudinal reinforcement 30mm as variation parameters, the axial pressure of 20mm section, 20mm section of rusting cracking and 30mm section of rusting cracking are compared respectively when the pier is in good condition. The influence of bending moment, stress and displacement on pier bottom. The rust expansion of reinforced concrete pier is also taken into account. The whole exfoliation with 30mm thickness of 500mm long appears in the pier, and the pier is analyzed and calculated from the bottom of the pier to the top of the pier with the variation parameter of 1 m ~ 3 m ~ 5 m ~ (?) ~ 7 m ~ (9 m). This paper analyzes which parts of reinforced concrete pier are most unfavorable to bridge structure. This paper also discusses the strengthening method of bridge pier rust expansion. Through the comparison of various factors, the method of increasing section is chosen to reinforce the rusty pier. By means of finite element software, the reaction force, bending moment, stress and displacement of reinforced concrete pier before and after rust expansion are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the appearance of uniform exfoliation of concrete along stirrups or longitudinal bars in the pier will have a certain impact on the safety of the pier. It is suggested that the reinforced concrete pier should be strengthened after rust expansion, and this study has some reference value for the rust expansion analysis of the reinforced concrete pier of the same kind of bridge.
