路可比沥青混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】:对加入德国新型添加剂路可比(Lucobit 1210A)的沥青混合料的路用性能进行了分析。针对路可比沥青混合料的组成结构特点对其进行原材料性能测定、马歇尔配合比设计和最佳沥青用量确定等试验,并且进行了路可比沥青混合料和SBS改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性能方面的试验及对比分析。结果表明:路可比对沥青混合料的路用性能都有很大的改善,尤其是水稳定性,其余技术指标与SBS改性沥青混合料相近。
[Abstract]:The pavement performance of asphalt mixture with new additive Lucobit 1210 A was analyzed. According to the composition and structure characteristics of road asphalt mixture, the performance of raw materials, Marshall mix ratio design and determination of optimum asphalt content are tested. The high temperature stability, the low temperature crack resistance and the water stability of the Luby asphalt mixture and the SBS modified asphalt mixture were tested and compared. The results show that the pavement performance of asphalt mixture is greatly improved, especially the water stability, and the other technical indexes are similar to that of SBS modified asphalt mixture.
