盾构施工诱发的地表与楼房基础变形及控制技术研究

【摘要】:开展西安黄土地区地铁区间隧道盾构施工诱发的地表变形及对地表建筑物的变形控制技术研究具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。本文以西安地铁三号线大雁塔~北池头区间隧道盾构施工工程为依托,采用理论分析、数值模拟和工程实践相结合的手段开展研究工作,主要工作和结论有: (1)结合土压平衡盾构施工引起的地表沉降机理得出了影响地表沉降量的主要因素有:土层性质、施工方法、隧道埋深、上部荷载的形式及大小、隧道断面形式及大小、支护结构形式和施工管理等方面。地表变形引起建筑物基础周围土体变形,进而影响建筑物结构变形,建筑物主要依靠基础刚度抵抗土体变形,提出盾构隧道施工对不同基础楼房的影响。 (2)采用数值模拟软件FLAC对在正常施工过程引起地表变形进行模拟预测,预测结果表明,按正常的施工工序施工没有辅助的加固措施时,盾构穿过此区间时楼房沉降比较大,超过了允许的变形值。 (3)根据Peck理论计算方法对盾构施工引起的地表楼房变形控制进行确定,再结合大雁塔~北池头区间隧道的实际情况,,给出了在该区间盾构引起的地表沉降的允许变形值。 (4)结合该区间的地质构造对施工过程提出了相应的变形控制技术:袖阀管注浆、降低盾构的施工速度保证盾构平稳推进、加强同步注浆量、环箍补浆量、保证两台盾构机沿隧道走向方向的距离等盾构施工技术。 (5)根据现场实际情况制定相应的变形监测方案,通过现场监测数据和预测数据进行对比,结果表明,通过改进施工技术后保证在施工过程中该楼房的变形控制在允许范围内。
[Abstract]:It is of great theoretical significance and engineering value to study the ground deformation induced by shield tunneling in Xi'an Loess region and the deformation control technology of surface buildings. Based on the shield tunneling construction project of Dayan Pagoda to Beichitou section of Xi'an Metro Line 3, the research work is carried out by means of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and engineering practice. The main works and conclusions are as follows: (1) combined with the mechanism of ground subsidence caused by earth pressure balance shield construction, the main factors influencing the surface settlement are: soil property, construction method, tunnel depth, form and size of upper load. Tunnel section form and size, support structure form and construction management and so on. Surface deformation causes soil deformation around the foundation of the building, which in turn affects the deformation of the structure of the building. The building mainly relies on the stiffness of the foundation to resist the deformation of the soil. The influence of shield tunnel construction on different foundation buildings is put forward. (2) numerical simulation software FLAC is used to simulate and predict the surface deformation caused by normal construction. When there is no auxiliary reinforcement measure in accordance with the normal construction procedure, the building settlement is larger when shield tunneling passes through this section. It exceeds the allowable deformation value. (3) according to the Peck theory calculation method, the deformation control of ground surface building caused by shield tunneling is determined, and the actual situation of Dayan Pagoda to Beichitou tunnel is combined. The allowable deformation value of the ground subsidence caused by shield tunneling in this section is given. (4) combined with the geological structure of the section, the corresponding deformation control technology, sleeve valve pipe grouting, is put forward for the construction process. Reduce the construction speed of shield to ensure the smooth progress of shield, strengthen the amount of synchronous grouting, ring hoop grouting, The construction technology of equal shield machine along the direction of tunnel direction is guaranteed. (5) according to the actual situation in the field, the corresponding deformation monitoring scheme is worked out, and the results show that, After improving the construction technology, the deformation of the building is controlled within the allowable range.
