城市公共交通信息一体化框架设计与应用

【摘要】：近年来,随着我国地区经济的快速发展,城市化进程的迅速推进、交通需求量剧增,道路交通设施供应、管理、技术手段不足使得我国城市交通需求和供给矛盾日益突出。我国城市多存在人多地少、车多路少、设施集中、用地紧张、活动频繁的特点,从而决定了城市可用于交通的土地资源极其有限。上世纪80年代末,一些发达国家相继提出建设交通系统一体化的战略思想以求解决此矛盾。公共交通信息一体化是将城市公共交通基础设施纳入统一管理,是智能公交系统信息管理的最高形式。城市公共交通的信息一体化建设是推动城市公共交通信息化进程的重要内容,这有利于提高公共交通的自动化和信息化管理水平,满足公众日益增加的交通出行信息服务需求。本文在国内外研究的基础上,对我国西部代表城市公共交通信息化现状做以调查解析,得到其中的一些经验,发现其中存在的部分问题,同时指出公共交通信息化发展趋势以及传统公交转型需要达到的要求,并对其做出分析。并在此基础上提出城市公共交通信息一体化的设计目标与原则,以及保障公共交通信息化的相关制度,从而得到较合理的城市公共交通信息一体化框架设计,并列出明确的措施方案,又从物理支撑平台、应用支撑平台、系统设计三方面进行补充说明。并以重庆公交车电子站牌工程为例,具体说明了信息系统在城市公共交通运行的方式和作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's regional economy, the rapid progress of urbanization, the rapid increase in traffic demand, road traffic facilities supply, management, technical means of inadequate urban traffic demand and supply of our country increasingly prominent contradiction. Many cities in China have the characteristics of more people, less land, less cars, less roads, concentrated facilities, tight land use and frequent activities, which determines the extremely limited land resources that can be used for traffic in cities. At the end of 1980's, some developed countries put forward the strategic idea of traffic system integration in order to solve this contradiction. The integration of public transportation information is the highest form of information management of intelligent public transportation system. The construction of urban public transportation information integration is an important content to promote the process of urban public transport information, which is conducive to improve the level of automation and information management of public transport, to meet the increasing demand of public transportation information services. Based on the research at home and abroad, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of public transport informatization in representative cities in western China, obtains some experiences and finds out some problems. At the same time, it points out the development trend of public transportation informatization and the requirements of traditional public transportation transformation, and makes an analysis of it. On this basis, the paper puts forward the design objectives and principles of urban public transport information integration, as well as the relevant systems to ensure the information of public transport, so as to obtain a more reasonable framework design of urban public transport information integration. The specific measures are listed, and the physical support platform, the application support platform and the system design are introduced in three aspects: physical support platform, application support platform and system design. Taking the electronic bus stop in Chongqing as an example, the operation mode and function of information system in urban public transportation are explained in detail.
