綦江大桥混凝土桥面铺装病害分析及处治方案研究

【摘要】:目前关于桥梁的研究,主要方向和主要精力都放在了桥梁主体结构之上,对于行车荷载的直接承受者——桥面铺装的研究却相对来说比较少,特别是对于混凝土桥梁的桥梁铺装的研究就更少了。 由于桥面铺装层结构的病害越来频发,也越来越常见,本文将结合工程实例,对混凝土桥面铺装层的病害进行深入的分析和研究。 结合重庆綦江桥的工程模型,运用MIDAS和ABAQUS两种有限元计算软件对其江桥进行模拟。模拟出现缺陷的桥面铺装层的受力情况,加深对出现脱空这种病害的认识,提出处治措施。对綦江桥铺装层垫层的厚度从5cm~10cm进行力学分析,,认识到出现病害的铺装层结构的应力随着垫层厚度的增加而减小。从力学角度计算分析超载对于桥面铺装层受力的影响。 力图通过对桥面铺装层结构病理分析,达到加深对于铺装层病害的认识,寻求整治方法。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on bridge is mainly focused on the main structure of bridge, but the research on bridge deck pavement, which is the direct bearing of traffic load, is relatively less. Especially for concrete bridge pavement research is even less. As the disease of bridge deck pavement structure is more and more frequent and more common, this paper will analyze and study the disease of concrete bridge deck pavement in combination with engineering examples. Combined with the engineering model of Qijiang Bridge in Chongqing, the bridge is simulated by MIDAS and ABAQUS. This paper simulates the stress situation of the bridge deck pavement with defects, deepens the understanding of the defect, and puts forward some measures to deal with it. The thickness of cushion layer of Qijiang Bridge pavement is analyzed from 5cm~10cm, and it is recognized that the stress of pavement structure with disease decreases with the increase of cushion thickness. The influence of overloading on bridge deck pavement is calculated and analyzed from the point of view of mechanics. Through the pathological analysis of bridge deck pavement structure, this paper tries to deepen the understanding of pavement disease and seek for the treatment method.
