南宁市五象大道—友谊路立交工程项目效益分析与风险管理研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, China's social and economic progress, urban population explosive growth, urban traffic congestion. As a sign of the development of urban traffic, the construction of overpass plays an important role in improving the traffic environment and enhancing the strength and grade of large and medium-sized cities. Urban interchange is a large-scale municipal engineering with the characteristics of public welfare and sociality. Moreover, the project investment is large, the construction is difficult, and the construction benefit is the most realistic evaluation index of the project. At the same time, how to accurately identify and evaluate the potential risk impact of the project is of great significance for the smooth implementation and completion of the project construction task, so as to put forward the preventive countermeasures and make preventive measures in advance. Taking the project of Wuxiang Dadao-Youyi Road interchange in Nanning as an example, on the one hand, the benefit of the project is studied by using the national economic evaluation model and energy-saving measures. The results show that, The completion of the project can effectively improve the road traffic efficiency, thereby obtaining the benefits of vehicle transportation cost saving and time saving. In addition, the concept of energy saving is introduced in the design phase, construction stage and operation management stage. Good energy saving benefits can be obtained, which indicates that the project is feasible from the point of view of national economy and is beneficial to the economic development of countries and regions. On the other hand, risk management tools are used to identify and analyze the risks that may exist in the implementation of the project. This paper hopes to improve the management level of the project through the above analysis and research, at the same time, For similar municipal traffic infrastructure project management to provide a reference for experience.
