高铁桥梁混凝土室温固化聚氨酯封闭底漆研究

【摘要】:混凝土是在高铁桥梁中应用最广泛最多的一种材料,而普通涂料与混凝土基材润湿、渗透、键合不足,界面粘结不牢,是工程应用中普遍存在的问题。本文根据混凝土特性,研制了一种性能优异的高铁桥梁混凝土室温固化双组分聚氨酯封闭底漆,该混凝土底漆具有良好的渗透封固性、快干、重涂时间短、层间附着力好,与混凝土基材和聚脲涂层都有优良的附着力。针对混凝土封闭底漆的特殊要求,确定所需的多羟基聚酯树脂的分子量为4000~8000,羟基官能度≥3,并且必须带有油脂基团的分子结构,选择丙三醇作为多羟基单体,邻苯二甲酸酐、顺丁烯二酸酐、豆油酸作为羧基单体,双官能度的一缩二乙二醇和单官能度的苯甲酸作为分子量调节单体,合成混凝土封闭底漆所需的多羟基树脂。实验表明,本文多羟基聚酯树脂的最佳合成方法为溶液聚合法,最佳的合成催化剂为A催化剂,最优的原料配比为多元醇与多元酸的摩尔比为1.25:1,苯酐、顺酐、豆油酸之间的摩尔比为1:1:1,且本合成工艺稳定性与重复性都相对良好。针对混凝土封闭底漆的特殊要求,选择MDI作为多异氰酸酯单体,以三种聚醚EP330N、GE220、GE210作为扩链单体,得到不同的聚氨酯预聚体。实验表明,以EP330N羟基聚醚合成的聚氨酯预聚体粘度最大;以GE220羟基聚醚合成的预聚体[NCO]值最大,粘度适中;以GE210羟基聚醚合成的预聚体粘度最小,[NCO]值也最小。证明本文研究的混凝土底漆是混凝土理想的保护涂料,符合设计的需要。本文研究了异氰酸酯预聚体的种类以及固化参数,通过考察涂层的拉伸力学、抗冲击性、柔韧性、附着力以及封闭性能,发现在相同固化参数与羟基组分下,不同异氰酸酯预聚体涂层的拉伸力学性能、抗冲击力以及柔韧性能主要由其交联情况以及引入的硬段含量情况共同决定的;相同异氰酸酯预聚体的情况下,随着固化参数的增大,涂层的抗冲击力略有变大,柔韧性略有减小;附着力与封闭性能测试结果表明,设计的双组分聚氨酯涂料附着力与封闭性能都很好,得到了混凝土封闭底漆的最佳配方,一系列试验结果证明本文研究的混凝土底漆是混凝土理想的封闭底漆,符合设计的需要。
