高速公路沥青路面使用性能检测评价与抗车辙数值模拟

【摘要】:我国的高速公路建设最近几十年取得了飞速的发展,随着高速公路通车里程的增加,高速公路特别是沥青路面高速公路的路面使用性能评价越来越重要。高速公路沥青路面的使用功能随着时间推移逐年下降,甚至会出现车辙、裂缝、沉陷、龟裂等破损病害,严重影响路面的舒适性,甚至影响到行车安全。所以说对高速公路路面使用性能评价的研究就显得十分必要和有意义。本文首先介绍了国内外对于路面使用性能评价系统的研究现状,结合我国工程的实际情况对路面检测的新技术做详细的论述。其次,对我国高速公路路面评价的影响要素、评价指标和评价标准做了深入的剖析和探讨。沥青路面规范对路用性能的评价指标和标准做了规定,本文结合惠河高速的实际情况,对其路面路用性能的检测和评价做了研究。最后,以TOPSIS法为依托进行了惠河高速公路选取路段的综合评价,并与规范评定指标评定结果做了对比。然后运用Abaqus有限元软件,分别评价在标准轴载和重荷载作用下广东惠河高速的路面结构力学性能,以此验证路面结构设计的准确性。本文将TOPSIS评价方法引入到对沥青路面质量评价当中,且采用了主客观相结合的赋权方法对指标进行赋权,使沥青路面的评价更加客观准确,从而为高速公路沥青路面的评价提供借鉴和参考,其现实应用的意义深远。
[Abstract]:The expressway construction in our country has made rapid development in recent decades. With the increase of expressway mileage, it is more and more important to evaluate the pavement performance of expressway, especially asphalt pavement expressway. With the passage of time, the use function of highway asphalt pavement will decline year by year, even will appear rutting, crack, subsidence, crack and other damaged diseases, seriously affect the comfort of the road, and even affect the driving safety. Therefore, it is very necessary and meaningful to study the evaluation of expressway pavement performance. This paper first introduces the research status of pavement performance evaluation system at home and abroad, and discusses in detail the new technology of pavement detection combined with the actual situation of China's engineering. Secondly, the influencing factors, evaluation indexes and evaluation criteria of expressway pavement evaluation in China are analyzed and discussed in depth. The evaluation index and standard of pavement performance are stipulated in the specification of asphalt pavement. Combined with the actual situation of Huihe high speed, the detection and evaluation of pavement performance are studied in this paper. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of selected sections of Huihe Expressway based on TOPSIS method is carried out, and the results are compared with the standard evaluation index. Then the mechanical properties of the pavement structure of Huihe highway in Guangdong province under the action of standard axle load and heavy load are evaluated by using Abaqus finite element software to verify the accuracy of pavement structure design. In this paper, the TOPSIS evaluation method is introduced into the evaluation of asphalt pavement quality, and the subjective and objective weighting method is used to weight the index, which makes the evaluation of asphalt pavement more objective and accurate. Thus, it provides reference and reference for the evaluation of highway asphalt pavement, and its practical application is far-reaching.
