重庆市国省干线公路安保工程改造技术研究

【摘要】:重庆市国省干线公路由于受到山区地形及建设资金不足的限制,部分路段存在路线等级偏低、交通安全设施设置不足等问题,随着社会机动化水平不断提高,国省干线公路安保工程改造已迫在眉睫。然而,安保工程改造资金需求量大,在当前经济发展水平下,安保设施的改造应本着“先评后改、充分利用”的总原则,在改造中对原有安保设施进行评估,充分进行再利用。本文正是在此背景下,对重庆市国省干线公路安保设施设置典型问题及再利用技术开展研究。 首先,本研究对包括国道212线、210线、319线、省道204线等多条具有典型代表意义的国省干线公路开展安保设施实地调研,包括道路交通标志、标线、路侧安全设施、减速安全设施、其他安保设施等;在此基础上,详细分析安保设施存在的典型问题。 在分析国省干线公路安保设施典型问题基础上,通过查阅国内外相关研究资料,提出国省干线公路安保工程改造的总体要求。论文分析了标志牌再利用、波形护栏再利用、交叉口安全改造、行车视距协调等改造中常见的技术问题;提出了国省干线公路安保设施再利用评估与改造流程,包括既有交通标志再利用评估与改造流程、波形护栏再利用评估、交叉口安全评价与改造流程。 在研究国内外已有道路安保工程改造方法的基础上,提出标志牌改造的原则、再利用评估方法及改造工艺;提出波形护栏改造方案及立柱加高方案并分析了波形护栏改造的效益;提出按照冲突水平划分的接入口分类标准,从视距保证、路宅分离的角度提出接入口实用改造技术。 最后,选取国道212线重庆合川合隆至合阳段作为本研究应用实例。在分析该路段安保设施存在问题的基础上,提出现有交通标志评估与改造方案、路侧防护设施防护能力评估与改造方案、交叉口速度控制措施及工程改造措施、减速及视线诱导设施设置方案。
[Abstract]:Due to the limitation of mountainous terrain and insufficient construction funds, some road sections in Chongqing have some problems such as low grade of route and insufficient traffic safety facilities. With the development of the level of social motorization, National and provincial trunk road security engineering transformation has been imminent. However, there is a large demand for funds for security engineering renovation. Under the current level of economic development, the reform of security facilities should be based on the general principle of "first evaluating and then reforming, making full use of it", and the existing security facilities should be evaluated and fully reused during the transformation. Under this background, this paper studies the typical problems and reuse technology of the security facilities of Chongqing provincial trunk highway. First of all, this research carries out field investigation on security facilities of many representative national highway lines, such as 212, 210, 319 and 204 national highways, including road traffic signs, marking lines, roadside safety facilities, deceleration safety facilities, and so on, including road traffic signs, marking lines, road side safety facilities, and deceleration safety facilities, including road traffic signs, marking lines, road side safety facilities, and provincial highway 204 lines. Other security facilities and so on; on this basis, detailed analysis of the typical problems of security facilities. On the basis of analyzing the typical problems of the security facilities of the national and provincial trunk roads, the general requirements for the reconstruction of the national and provincial trunk road security engineering are put forward by consulting the relevant research materials at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the common technical problems in the reconstruction of signboard reuse, waveform guardrail reuse, intersection safety reconstruction, traffic visual distance coordination and so on, and puts forward the process of reusing and reconstructing the security facilities of national and provincial trunk roads. It includes the existing flow of reusing and reconstructing traffic signs, the evaluation of waveform guardrail, and the process of safety evaluation and reconstruction of intersections. On the basis of studying the existing methods of road security engineering transformation at home and abroad, the principle of mark plate reconstruction is put forward, and the evaluation method and the reconstruction technology are reused. The improvement scheme of corrugated guardrail and the elevation scheme of column are put forward, and the benefit of the reconstruction of corrugated guardrail is analyzed, and the classification standard of entrance according to the conflict level is put forward, and the practical retrofit technology of connecting entrance is put forward from the angle of the distance of sight and the separation of road and house. Finally, the section from Hechuan to Heyang in Chongqing on National Highway 212 is selected as an application example. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the security facilities of the road section, the existing evaluation and reconstruction scheme of traffic signs, the evaluation and reconstruction scheme of the protective capability of the roadside protection facilities, the speed control measures at the intersection and the engineering renovation measures are put forward. Plan for setting up deceleration and line of sight guidance facilities.
