“即存性和生长性”交互理念在公共自行车设计中的应用研究

【摘要】:现代城市面临着来自交通、环境和资源的压力,这促使人们反思过去的出行方式,在出行方式上向绿色化方向转变,公共自行车作为绿色出行的重要物质载体,对于全民绿色出行习惯的养成,城市拥堵问题的缓解和污染问题的治理都产生着积极作用。公共自行车经过40多年的发展,取得了一定的成果,其发展历经第一代免费公共自行车系统、第二代投币式公共自行车系统、第三代智能化公共自行车系统三个时期。公共自行车的出现极大的便利了城市居民的出行,促进了居民的绿色出行,但受制于其自身的公共属性,公共自行车很难满足用户的多元化需求,这些多元化需求源自于用户群体在年龄、出行习惯和出行目的的差异性。忽视这些差异性,导致公共自行车在某些情况下不能给予用户所需的服务,从而不能产生良好的交互使用体验,这在一定程度上会降低用户使用公共自行车的主动性和积极性,限制公共自行车的推广发展。 旨在确保用户能够在使用公共自行车的过程中获得更好的交互体验,提高用户使用公共自行车的积极性,促进公共自行车的推广,就公共自行车及其系统进行设计改进。将“即存性和生长性”交互理念作为设计改进的指导理论,通过对这两种交互理念的特性进行探究,总结出两者的应用价值并制定应用原则,提炼出两者的核心特性-“变动”,将“变动”的理念融入到公共自行车及其系统的改进设计中,把原来固化的公共自行车及其系统赋予变动性,对构成公共自行车系统的各个组件以变动的思维进行改进,同时将用户使用状况、公共自行车及其系统结合在一起,作为一个整体系统进行分析。充分考虑整个系统的动态变化情况,以满足用户需求为目标,以动态的交互模式为手段,以此来提升用户在使用公共自行车过程中的良好体验感,提高公共自行车系统对于用户多元化需求的适应性,增进用户产品人机关系间的和谐,旨在为公共自行车设计提供新思路与新方法。
[Abstract]:The modern city is facing the pressure from traffic, environment and resources, which urges people to reflect on the past travel mode, in the way of travel to the direction of green change, public bicycle as an important material carrier of green travel, It plays a positive role in the cultivation of green travel habits, the alleviation of urban congestion and the control of pollution. After more than 40 years of development, public bicycle has achieved certain results. It has experienced three periods: the first generation free public bicycle system, the second generation currency public bicycle system and the third generation intelligent public bicycle system. The emergence of public bicycle greatly facilitates the travel of urban residents and promotes the green travel of residents. However, due to its own public attributes, public bicycle is difficult to meet the diversified needs of users. These diversified demands are derived from the differences of user groups in age, travel habits and travel purposes. Ignoring these differences leads to the failure of public bicycles to give users the services they need under certain circumstances, thus not producing a good interactive experience, which to a certain extent reduces the initiative and enthusiasm of users to use public bicycles. Restrict the promotion and development of public bicycle. The purpose of this paper is to ensure that the user can get better interactive experience in the process of using public bicycle, to increase the enthusiasm of users to use public bicycle, to promote the promotion of public bicycle, and to improve the design of public bicycle and its system. The interactive concept of "existance and growth" is regarded as the guiding theory of design improvement. By exploring the characteristics of these two interactive concepts, the author summarizes the application value of the two concepts and formulates the application principles. The core characteristic of the two is "change", and the idea of "change" is integrated into the improved design of public bicycle and its system, and the original solidified public bicycle and its system are endowed with variability. The components of the public bicycle system are improved by changing thinking, and the user usage, the public bicycle and its system are combined together and analyzed as a whole system. Fully considering the dynamic changes of the whole system, aiming at meeting the needs of users and taking the dynamic interaction mode as the means to enhance the good experience of the users in the process of using public bicycles. The purpose of this paper is to improve the adaptability of the public bicycle system to the diversified needs of the users and to enhance the harmony between the user's products. The purpose of this paper is to provide new ideas and methods for the design of public bicycles.
