德大铁路黄河特大桥施工管理与质量控制研究

【摘要】:德龙烟铁路是山东省“三纵三横”铁路网的干线框架,全线长541公里,可谓山东省贯通东西的第二条“胶济铁路”。黄河特大桥就是整个线路的控制工程,主桥为(120+4×180+120)米下承式变高度连续钢桁梁,下承式“N”型连续钢桁梁呈“飞燕”展翅翱翔之势,是黄河流域跨度最大、长度最长的铁路钢结构桥梁,技术复杂,施工管理难度大。首先,本文介绍施工管理与质量控制这一课题的研究背景及意义,进而对这一课题的国外、国内研究现状展开论述,并简要介绍本文的主要内容及结构框架。其次,在对工程项目施工管理的内容、特征及实施程序等理论知识介绍的基础上,论述桥梁工程项目施工组织与管理中的计划管理、组织管理、经济管理和技术管理等内容。并使其运用于德大铁路黄河特大桥施工组织与管理中,其中,对钻孔桩与承台、钢桁梁架设及大体积混凝土施工组织管理做了详细说明。最后,介绍铁路桥梁工程项目质量控制的内容及作用,并论述工程项目质量控制管理体系的组织机构与实施程序,分别从施工准备、施工过程及竣工验收等阶段介绍质量控制理论。在德大铁路黄河特大桥质量控制管理体系实践研究中,从钻孔桩与承台、钢桁梁架设及大体积混凝土施工三个方面展开阐述。在德大铁路黄河特大桥施工中,施工组织管理与质量控制取得了良好的效果,希望对今后类似工程项目施工及质量管理能够提供好的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The Delongyan railway is the main line frame of the "three vertical and three horizontal" railway network in Shandong Province. The whole line is 541 kilometers long, which can be said to be the second "Jiaoji Railway" linking east and west in Shandong Province. The Yellow River Bridge is the control project of the whole line. The main bridge is (1204 脳 180 120) m through continuous steel truss beam with variable height. The through "N" continuous steel truss beam has the tendency of "flying swallow" and is the longest span in the Yellow River Basin. The longest length railway steel structure bridge, the technology is complex, the construction management is very difficult. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the subject of construction management and quality control, and then discusses the present research situation of this subject abroad and at home, and briefly introduces the main contents and structure framework of this paper. Secondly, based on the introduction of the contents, characteristics and implementation procedures of the construction management of engineering projects, this paper discusses the contents of planning management, organization management, economic management and technical management in the construction organization and management of bridge engineering projects. It has been applied to the construction organization and management of the Huanghe River Bridge on the Deda Railway. Among them, the construction organization and management of bored piles and caps, steel truss girder erection and mass concrete construction have been explained in detail. Finally, the content and function of quality control of railway bridge engineering project are introduced, and the organization and implementation procedure of quality control management system of engineering project are discussed. Quality control theory is introduced in construction process and completion acceptance stage. In the practice of quality control and management system of the Huanghe River Super Bridge on Deda Railway, this paper expounds from three aspects: bored pile and pile cap, steel truss beam erection and mass concrete construction. The construction organization management and quality control have achieved good results in the construction of the Huanghe River Bridge on the Deda Railway. It is hoped that the construction and quality management of similar projects in the future can provide good reference significance.
